Thursday, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At around 8:15 the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a entered for Shacharis in the Beis Chabad beis medrash. Baal tefillah: R' Alter Weberman.
Pesicha: HaGaon Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Rosenfeld shlit"a, one of the roshei yeshiva of Yeshiva Gedolah, Shiur Dalet. Kohen: R' Meir Herman (Monsey). Levi: HaGaon Rabbi Yoel Hersh Rottenberg shlit"a of Salka, Monsey. Shlishi: the Rebbe shlit"a. Hagbah: HaGaon Rabbi Aryeh Dov Kornbleh shlit"a, rosh yeshiva of Yeshiva Gedolah, Shiur Dalet. Gelilah: R' Refael Perlmutter, a resident of Eretz Yisroel, in Monsey.
After davening, the talmidim of Yeshiva Gedolah, Shiur Dalet, together with the roshei yeshiva, who had come to spend Shabbos B'tzeil HaKodesh, took leave of the Rebbe.

In the evening at around 5:50 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for Mincha. Baal tefillah: R' Moshe Nachum Paskesz. Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe studied Torah at his place in the beis medrash, and at the time of Rabbeinu Tam, Maariv was davened.

Wednesday 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At around 8:30 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for Shacharis in the Beis Chabad beis medrash. Baal tefillah: R' Alter Weberman.

In the evening at around 5:45 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for Mincha. Baal tefillah: R' Moshe Nochum Paskes. Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe engaged in Torah study at his place in the beis medrash, and at the time of Rabbeinu Tam Maariv was davened.

At approximately 8:00 the Vizhnitz Yerushalayim Rebbe shlit"a arrived for a return visit at the Rebbe shlit"a's holy residence. A lengthy conversation developed about the history of the generations of the House of Sighet–Vizhnitz. The Rebbe shlit"a honored him with a lechayim and shared of his holy blessings, and then accompanied him out to the street.

Monday, Rosh Chodesh Shevat 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At around 8:30 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for Shacharis in the Beis Chabad beis medrash. Baal tefillah: R' Moshe Falkowitz. The Rebbe shlit"a approached Hallel with great hisorerus.
Pesicha: R' Chaim Rothstein; Kohen: R' Yaakov Berzel Glick (Williamsburg); Levi: R' Pinchas Menachem Berkowitz; Shlishi: HaGaon HaTzaddik, the Av Beis Din of Hybnov shlit"a; Revi'i: the Rebbe shlit"a; Hagbah: R' Avrohom Meir Itzkowitz (Kiryas Joel); Gelilah: R' Mendel Gershon Indig (Williamsburg).
Musaf: Rabbi Elazar Eichenstein shlit"a (Williamsburg), son of the Burshtin Rebbe shlit"a.

In the afternoon at 3:30 the Rebbe shlit"a traveled to the Desert Hot Springs area, where a ceremony was held for the inauguration of the mikvah tahara in the Kerestir beis medrash, which is under the supervision of HaGaon HaTzaddik, the Av Beis Din and Rav of Monsey shlit"a.
First the Rebbe looked around the beis medrash. Afterward the Rebbe went over to the mikvah and examined the hiddurim for an extended time together with the Monsey Rav shlit"a. Then a lechayim gathering was held in the sanctuary of the beis medrash, attended by the Jews who are vacationing in the area. The Rebbe drank lechayim and warmly blessed the Av Beis Din of Monsey shlit"a and the entire assembly. Speaking at the gathering were R' Nochum Friedman (Kiryas Joel) and HaGaon HaTzaddik, the Av Beis Din of Monsey shlit"a.
Also participating in the lechayim gathering was the Vizhnitz Yerushalayim Rebbe shlit"a, who is vacationing there, and he greeted the Rebbe warmly. Afterward the Rebbe shlit"a delivered a dvar Torah, emphasizing the importance of building a mikvah tahara and the blessings that descend through increasing taharah among Klal Yisroel, and concluded with his holy blessing.
Several niggunim were sung in honor of the occasion, and the Vizhnitz Yerushalayim Rebbe shlit"a spoke in honor of the event.
The gathering concluded at around 4:30.

After the ceremony the Rebbe shlit"a walked together with the Vizhnitz Yerushalayim Rebbe shlit"a to his lodging for a holy visit. A pleasant conversation developed about traveling to the kevarim of tzaddikim and about the halachos of mezuzah. The Vizhnitz Yerushalayim Rebbe shlit"a honored the Rebbe with a lechayim, and the Rebbe shared of his holy blessings with him. Afterward the Rebbe shlit"a traveled back to Palm Springs.
In the evening at around 5:45 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for Mincha. Baal tefillah: Rabbi Dovid Chanani Weiss shlit"a (Kiryas Joel). Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe engaged in Torah study at his place in the beis medrash, and at the time of Rabbeinu Tam Maariv was davened. Baal tefillah: R' Moshe Nochum Paskes.

At around 8:30 the Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash of Beis Chabad for Shacharis. Before davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin for the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Yosef Wasserman (Monsey).
Baal tefillah: HaRav Dovid Chanani Weiss shlit"a (Kiryas Joel).
After davening, the guests who had stayed for Shabbos "B'tzeil HaKodesh" took their leave, and the bochur Shlomo Menashe, son of R' Chaim Wolf Falkowitz (Kiryas Joel), gave an answer to the question that the Rebbe had left in yeshiva for the bochurim.

In the afternoon at around 5:45 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for Mincha. Baal tefillah: R' Moshe Nachum Paskes (Williamsburg). Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe was engaged in Torah study at his place in the beis medrash, and at the time of Rabbeinu Tam, at around 6:20, Maariv was davened. Baal tefillah: R' Chaim Wolf Falkowitz.

After Maariv the Shabbos guests took their leave.
Afterwards, a group of bochurim, talmidim of Yeshiva Gedolah Esek HaTorah Monsey, the bochur Yoel son of Leibish Friedman (Bnei Brak), the bochur Mordechai, son of HaRav Chaim Eliezer Davidowitz shlit"a (Kiryas Joel), the bochur Yonah, son of HaRav Yosef Shmuel Rottenberg shlit"a (Kiryas Joel), the bochur Levi Yitzchak, son of Avrohom Spielman (Bnei Brak), and the bochur Yehoshua, son of Bentzion Kahn (Monsey), gave answers to the question that the Rebbe had left for the yeshiva students before departing for Palm Springs.

Afterwards a maamad chizuk took place for the "Chevras Taharenu" students of the Talmud Torah Cheder of Los Angeles, a group of dozens of Talmud Torah students who took upon themselves not to touch impure devices. Several nigunim were sung, and the Rebbe delivered words of greeting, expressing joy that there are already children in Los Angeles with peyos, spoke words of guidance about being careful with the sanctity of tefillin, and concluded with his holy blessing. Afterwards the Rebbe distributed coins to all the bochurim and children.
