Monday, Parshas Vayikra 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

This morning before Shacharis, a bris of a newborn son took place for R' Yaakov Friedman, at which the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in Heichal HaMesivta, Divrei Yoel branch. During the Torah reading, the Rebbe was called up as the third aliya, and after davening recited the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 17, verse 1.

In the morning, the Rebbe shlit"a paid a shiva call to the mourner HaRav HaChassid R' Yisroel Spielman, on the passing of his son a"h.

At midday, at 1:45, the Rebbe shlit"a entered Heichal HaMesivta, Divrei Yoel branch, where the Rebbe delivered the sixth sugya shiur on the sugya of 'shelo k'derech hanasan,' in preparation for the Shabbos HaGadol derasha. It concluded at around 2:35.

In the afternoon at around 6:30, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home.

Yechidus hours in the holy inner chamber were from around 8:00 until 12:00 at night, in his holy home at Ohel Street.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim in the tenaim hall in his holy home for the following mechutanim:

Sunday, Parshas Vayikra, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

This morning before Shacharis, a bris of a newborn son took place for R' Shmuel Zanvil Weingarten, at which the Rebbe served as sandek.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in Heichal HaMesivta, Kedushas Yoel branch. Before davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin for a bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Yisroel Farkash.
After davening, the Rebbe recited the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 17, verse 1. Afterward, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochur in the Rebbe's private room, and then the Rebbe distributed holy coins to the bochurim of the 'Legion of the King' group, which combats the dangers of technology, of the Kedushas Yoel branch.

At midday, at 1:50, the Rebbe shlit"a entered Heichal HaMesivta, Divrei Yoel branch, where the Rebbe delivered the fifth sugya shiur on the sugya of 'shelo k'derech hanasan,' in preparation for the Shabbos HaGadol derasha. It concluded at around 2:40.

In the afternoon at around 6:40, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a went to the home of HaRav HaChassid R' Shalom Eli' Markowitz, where a signing of documents took place in which he pledged a large sum for the new tahara mikvah. The Rebbe signed the documents together with the donor, drank a lechayim, and bestowed his holy blessings.

Afterward, the Rebbe shlit"a went to the siyum on Maseches Nedarim held as part of the 'Chaburas Yesodei HaTorah,' through the shiur of HaGaon Rabbi Yaakov Hersh Friedman shlit"a. The maggid shiur, HaGaon shlit"a, made the siyum and recited Kaddish. The Rebbe drank a lechayim and gave blessings to the maggid shiur and to all the participants in the siyum.

Shabbos Parshas Vayikra, Shabbos HaChodesh, Blessing of the Month of Nissan, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

On Erev Shabbos afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a placed the shtreimel on the chassan Shalom, the bochur son of Yoel Avrohom Breier.

On Friday night at around 7:45, the Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash wrapped in his tallis and proceeded to Mincha and Kabbalas Shabbos, led by R' Asher Yaakov Eckstein.

The davening concluded at around 9:15. An appeal was made for the Talmud Torah Shir Chadash in Tel Aviv, the holy city. The congregation then went over to wish a gut Shabbos, and the Rebbe went into his private room.

A short time after davening, the Rebbe shlit"a entered the Shabbos table in the Heichal HaShulchanos together with the talmidei hamesivta, and began, as is his custom, with Shalom Aleichem with feeling and sweetness.
Eishes Chayil: the Rebbe's grandson, the bochur Meir Eliezer (may he be well), son of HaGaon HaTzaddik Rabbi Baruch Moshe shlit"a, the Rav of the beis medrash. Raising the cup for Kiddush: R' Eliezer Dov Engel (Boro Park).

The Rebbe honored various people with the zemiros. Kol Mekadesh: R' Eliezer Dov Engel; Menucha V'Simcha: R' Shalom Brown (Boro Park).

The Rebbe shlit"a said Torah on the verse "Sheishes yamim taaseh melacha" and explained in the manner of a derush the sugya of "shelo k'darka" and "shnayim sheasaoh."

The Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash for Mincha and Seudah Shlishis at around 7:40. Mincha: R' Yoel Berish Falkowitz. Hotzaah and Hachnasah: R' Shmuel Binyamin Falkowitz. At Seudah Shlishis, the Rebbe honored the following with the zemiros: Odeh – R' Noach Gafen; Shir HaMaalos – R' Moshe Goldstein.

The Rebbe shlit"a said Torah on the verse in the reading, "HaChodesh hazeh lachem," and explained that a person can be full of mitzvos and good deeds, yet through aveiros the chitzonim can have power over him. However, Hashem is with the one who fulfills the mitzvah of returning a lost object, going beyond the letter of the law. Since Jews conduct themselves beyond the letter of the law, especially now in the days of Nissan before Yom Tov Pesach, when they exert themselves with toil of money and toil of body to fulfill the mitzvos of biur chametz, eating matzah and baking matzah with extra stringencies and hiddurim, through this merits are increased for Jewish children.

After Havdalah, the Rebbe shlit"a went to pay a visit to the distinguished philanthropist R' Yisroel Goldberger at the home of his son, the distinguished philanthropist R' Yaakov Moshe, ahead of the wedding of his grandson, the bochur (may he be well). R' Yisroel and his son R' Yaakov Moshe pledged a large sum for the new mikvah tahara. A pleasant conversation unfolded about the early years in America in the shadow of the holy Rebbe zy"a. The Rebbe drank a lechayim and bestowed of his holy blessings.

Thursday, Parshas Vayakhel-Pekudei, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

This morning, before Shacharis, brissim took place.
For a newborn son of R' Efraim Hecht, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.
For a newborn son of R' Yuda Teitelbaum, where the Rebbe served as sandek.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta, Beirach Moshe branch. Before davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin for the following bar mitzvah bochurim.
The bochur Simcha Dresdner.
The bochur Yoel Zwebel.
The bochur Meir Berger.
During the Torah reading, the Rebbe went up for Hagbah, and after davening he reviewed the daily Tehillim shiur on chapter 17, verse 1. Afterwards, a lechayim took place with the bar mitzvah bochurim in his private room. The Rebbe also distributed holy coins to the bochurim of the "Legion of the King" group, which guards against the dangers of technology, from the Beirach Moshe branch.

At midday, at 1:45, the Rebbe shlit"a entered the Heichal HaMesivta, Divrei Yoel branch, where the Rebbe delivered the fourth sugya shiur on the sugya of "shelo k'derech hanasan," in preparation for the Shabbos HaGadol derasha. It concluded at around 2:25.

Afterwards, the Rebbe shlit"a went over to the adjacent yeshiva building, where the bochurim are engaged in grinding wheat for Yom Tov of Pesach, may it come upon us for good. The Rebbe looked over the milling process, and then himself engaged in the mitzvah and ground the wheat with physical exertion for an extended time.

In the afternoon, at around 6:30, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home.

After Maariv, the Rebbe went over to the Jefferson beis medrash in the Galilee section of Kiryas Joel for the Sheva Brachos celebration of the daughter of HaRav R' Yoel Weiss shlit"a, rav of the beis medrash. A lovely conversation developed about the Kesav Sofer zy"a, of whom the chasan is a descendant. The Rebbe drank a lechayim, graced the gathering with his holy blessings, and went out in a dance with the chasan and the mechutanim.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in Heichal HaMesivta, Branch Vayoel Moshe.

After davening, the Rebbe reviewed the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 17, verse 1, and afterwards distributed holy coins in his private room to the bochurim of the "Legion of the King" group, which combats the plagues of technology, from the Vayoel Moshe branch.

At 1:45 in the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a entered Heichal HaMesivta, Branch Divrei Yoel, where the Rebbe reviewed the third sugya shiur on the sugya of "shelo k'derech hanasan," in preparation for the Shabbos HaGadol derasha. It concluded at around 2:30.

In the afternoon at 6:30, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim:
