Tuesday, Parshas Korach, Rosh Chodesh Tammuz (2nd day) — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, a bris for a newborn son took place by R' Yehuda Arye Landau, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Beis Medrash Beirach Moshe in honor of the simcha of the bris milah of the newborn son of his grandson HaRav Lipa Rubin shlit"a, son of the Rafshitz Rebbe shlit"a, and son-in-law of his mechutan, HaGaon, the Rav of the Beis Medrash Beirach Moshe shlit"a, son of the Gaon, Av Beis Din of Volove shlit"a.

Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim:
The bochur Asher Lemel Glauber.
The bochur Yeshaya (son of R' Avrohom) Gross.
The Rebbe approached Hallel with great inspiration.

After davening, the simcha of the bris milah took place. Mohel: the mechutan, HaGaon, Rav of the Beis Medrash Beirach Moshe shlit"a. Sandek: the Rafshitz Rebbe shlit"a. Sandek standing: the Gaon, Av Beis Din of Volove shlit"a. Brachos: the Rebbe shlit"a. The child was named in Yisroel Shmuel Shmelke, after his grandfather, the Gaon, Av Beis Din of Sulitza zt"l.

After the bris, the entire congregation went over to wish the Rebbe shlit"a mazel tov, and the Rebbe went into his private room, where a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim.

After a few minutes, the Rebbe entered the seudas bris in the main hall of the beis medrash. During the seudah, the father of the baby, HaRav Lipa Rubin shlit"a, the grandfather, the Rafshitz Rebbe shlit"a, and the great-grandfather, the Gaon, Av Beis Din of Volove shlit"a, spoke.
The Rebbe honored his grandson HaRav Nachman Kahana shlit"a with Borchi Nafshi, and his grandson HaRav Yehoshua Lavin shlit"a with Yom Libashah.
The Rebbe shlit"a delivered words of Torah on the topic of bris milah, and warmly blessed the baal simcha shlit"a, the distinguished grandfathers and the entire gathering.
The Rebbe honored the mechutan, HaGaon, Rav of the Beis Medrash Beirach Moshe shlit"a, with Birkas Hamazon, and the family members with the Harachaman's. The seudah concluded at around 2:15.

After the seudas bris, the Rebbe went up to the home of the mechutan, HaGaon, Rav of the Beis Medrash Beirach Moshe shlit"a, where the Rebbe offered blessings to the new mothers, tichyenu.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to the Yeshiva's Beirach Moshe branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the yeshiva's students in his private room, and at around 6:15 the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a traveled to Williamsburg for the weekly yechidus hours.
The yechidus hours in the inner sanctum were from 8:45 until 12:15 at night in his holy residence on Hewes Street.

During the yechidus hours, HaRav Shalom Eliyahu Rabinowitz shlit"a, head of "Kollel Ohel Nachum" in Beitar, entered together with his family. A pleasant conversation developed, and the head of the kollel showed the Rebbe various seforim that his kollel published on the Shulchan Aruch HaRav, and the Rebbe bestowed upon him from his holy blessing.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 11:20, and then continued receiving the public.

A lechayim gathering after Shacharis headed by the Rav, HaGaon Av Beis Din of Kiryas Joel and its environs shlit"a, together with over 100 talmidim of our holy yeshivos in Bnei Brak, in the main hall of the Zichron Meir beis medrash of our holy kehilla.

After several inspiring and heartfelt nigunim were sung, R' Yitzchak Dovid Yakov shlit"a, menahel of the yeshiva ketana, welcomed the Rav. The Rav shlit"a then delivered a beautiful derasha on the parsha (Chukas in Eretz Yisroel) based on the teachings of the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, and continued with words of chizuk and guidance, bringing out the strong bond of the yeshiva talmidim with his father, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, who looks forward to their success more than that of all the Satmar yeshivos.

The Rav especially noted that the bochurim are truly talmidim of the Rebbe shlit"a, having merited to learn with the Rebbe in the "Yeshiva Shel Maalah" in the city of the Avos, Sighet, this past Shabbos Shekalim.

Monday, Parshas Korach, 1 Rosh Chodesh Tammuz — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Satmar Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the hall of the Yeshiva Ketana in the Kapitch building, together with the Yeshiva Ketana 'Darchei HaTorah' of Monsey, under the leadership of HaGaon Rabbi Shaul Yechezkel Perlstein shlit"a.
Upon arrival, the Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash and looked over the learning before davening with great nachas.
Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim.

The Rebbe shlit"a led the davening up to Hallel, and during the Torah reading was called up as the fourth aliyah.

After davening, a lechayim gathering took place in the hall of the beis medrash. The Rebbe drank a lechayim and offered blessings to all the talmidim of the yeshiva, and shared words of Torah on the verse "For the entire congregation, all of them are holy, and Hashem is among them," saying that one must work so that it should be "and Hashem is among them" — that one should take Hashem "into" oneself, that one's inside should be like one's outside — and concluded with abundant blessings.

During the morning hours, the Talmud Torah of Yeshiva Spring Valley entered the Rebbe's room. The Rebbe questioned them on their learning, and the children went over to receive a blessing from the Rebbe.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a bid farewell by telephone to the Rav and Av Beis Din of Williamsburg and the surrounding communities shlit"a, who is flying on a holy mission to the members of our community living in Eretz Yisroel. The Rebbe spoke holy words for an extended time, which the Rav shlit"a will relay on Tuesday night at the gathering of community members in Beit Shemesh, on Wednesday night at the gathering in Bnei Brak, and on Thursday night at the gathering in Yerushalayim, the holy city. The Rebbe also bestowed his holy blessing for a successful journey in all matters. Afterward, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to the hall of the Yeshiva, the Kedushas Yoel branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the yeshiva's talmidim in his private room.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim.

After the chuppahs, the Rebbe paid a condolence call to the family of R' Yechezkel Shraga Friedman a"h.

Public reception hours in the Rebbe's holy home on Ohel Court ran from about 8:10 until 11:45 at night.
The Rebbe davened Mincha at 8:10.

During the reception hours, Rabbi Yaakov Gian shlit"a, rav of Uman, Ukraine, entered for a private audience. A conversation developed about the situation of the Jews in Ukraine in general and in Uman in particular, and the Rebbe bestowed his holy blessings upon him.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim at the tenaim held in his holy home for the following mechutanim.

After the tenaim, the Rebbe davened Maariv and then continued receiving the public.

After the reception hours, the Rebbe shlit"a went over to the home of his brother-in-law, HaGaon HaRav, the rav of the beis medrash Beirach Moshe shlit"a, for the Vach Nacht celebration of his grandson, the newborn son of Rabbi Lipa Rubin shlit"a. A pleasant conversation ensued; the Rebbe drank a lechayim and bestowed his holy blessings, and on his way out the Rebbe recited Krias Shema and wished the mothers well.

IY"H today, Tuesday, 2 Rosh Chodesh Tammuz, the Rebbe shlit"a will daven Shacharis in the Beirach Moshe beis medrash, and after davening the bris milah celebration and the seudas bris will take place in the hall of the beis medrash.

Sunday, Parshas Korach — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, a bris was held for a newborn son of R' Alter Baruch Levi, at which the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal of Mesivta Branch Divrei Yoel. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim:
the bochur Hersh Leib Landau.
the bochur Yoel Heiman.
After davening, the Rebbe learned the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 17, verse 1. Afterward, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in his private room.

During the morning hours, the Rebbe shlit"a made his weekly visit to the mehudar shechita house.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to the Heichal of the Yeshiva, Branch Divrei Yoel, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the talmidim of the yeshiva in his private room.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at kiddushin at the chuppahs of the following mechutanim:
R' Yaakov Pinchas Friedman - R' Yoel Hirsch, at Kinor David hall.
R' Shmuel Fischer - R' Pesach Chaim Kramer, at Beis Rachel Paradise hall.

The times for entry into the Rebbe's room were from approximately 8:30 until 12:30 at night, at his holy home on Uhel Court.
The Rebbe davened Mincha at 8:30.

During the entry times, the Pinsk-Karlin Rebbe shlit"a from Eretz Yisroel paid a visit. A pleasant conversation developed; the Rebbe gave him a gift of two volumes of the sefer Lev Aharon on Bamidbar, drush and aggada, honored him with a lechayim, and bestowed his holy blessings.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 12:30.
