"..Jewish children need mercy from Heaven. There is no need to say it; everyone knows the situation in the world. Unfortunately, there is a bitter illness going around. We thought, we hoped, we prayed that this illness would be removed from Klal Yisroel.

-For a while there was an improvement, and Jewish children thanked the Holy Creator for the kindness of Heaven-

But as we now see the situation, 'the tefillah and plea, "Our Father, our King, withhold the plague from Your inheritance; Our Father, our King, send a complete recovery to the sick of Your people,"' is a very holy tefillah and a very important tefillah, a plea to the Holy Creator, the Healer of the sick of Yisroel, that He should see to it that Jewish children be healthy.
