Friday, 14 Tishrei — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

Today the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a was sandek at the bris of the bochur Yoel, son of R' Moshe Gross, Kiryas Joel.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis today in the Beis Medrash HaGadol, Kiryas Joel.

After davening, the Rebbe shlit"a selected aravos in his private room for the approaching Yom Tov of Sukkos, and carried them home to his holy residence.

It is with great joy that our community greets the release of the distinguished R' Elozor Elimelech Fargess, a prominent askan in our holy mosdos, may they flourish,
who unfortunately fell victim to the legal troubles of our holy mosdos in past years.

On Leil Shabbos Kodesh, the Ushpiza of Avrohom, the Shalom Zachor will take place for a great-grandson of the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, son of his grandson Rabbi Menachem Shlomo Ashkenazi, son of HaGaon HaTzaddik, the Rav of Beis Medrash Avnei Tzedek shlit"a, son-in-law of the Rebbe's household.
It will take place b'tzeil hakodesh in the large sukkah adjacent to the Beis Medrash HaGadol, Kiryas Joel.
