Thursday, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a
The Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash for Shacharis at around 8:50. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim.

After davening, the chassan Moshe son of R' Avrohom Shlomo Katz offered an answer to the Rebbe's question.
Afterward a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim. A conversation developed, and the Rebbe related stories about the Divrei Yechezkel of Shinova zy"a from his bar mitzvah.

Afterward the Rebbe walked home, and a conversation developed about various customs regarding the laying of tefillin.

The Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash for Mincha at around 9:00. Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe engaged in Torah learning in the beis medrash. Maariv was davened at the time of Rabbeinu Tam, and after Maariv the guests went over to greet the Rebbe.
