Friday, Parshas Vaeschanan — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, the Rebbe shlit"a called Eretz Yisroel and comforted by telephone the Bohush Rebbe shlit"a on the passing of his mother, the Rebbetzin a"h.

The Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash for Shacharis at around 9:00.
After davening, the guests took leave, among them a group of talmidim of Yeshiva Gedolah, fourth-year shiur, who had come for Shabbos b'tzeil hakodesh.
The Rebbe then walked home to his holy residence.

At his holy residence, the chalaka celebration was held for the son of R' Dovid Farkash (Kiryas Joel). The Rebbe cut a few hairs, put on the tzitzis and yarmulke, and bestowed his holy blessings.
