A truly splendid Melave Malka and gathering of friends took place this past Motzei Shabbos, hosted by Mifal Beis Neeman of our holy kehilla Kiryas Joel, for the hundreds of young married men who were married in the past 2 years, where they spent Shabbos together, "brothers together."
The event was opened by the chairman, R' Hershel Friedman, who led the program with his pleasant manner of speech.

First, the chairman called upon HaGaon Rabbi Yoel Halberstam shlit"a, Rav of our holy kehilla in Bloomingrove and Rosh HaMadrichim, who spoke words of guidance to the young men. He stressed that Beis Neeman is always ready to help; whatever matter one wishes to discuss, one can always make an appointment, which is the main purpose of Beis Neeman.

The distinguished administration of Mifal Beis Neeman also participated in the event. They dedicate themselves year-round, day and night, with heart and soul for the success of the organization. Throughout the entire gathering a pleasant atmosphere prevailed as the young men spent time with their friends and drank thirstily of the substantive addresses. At the high point of the event, a rich and informative panel took place, full of important information for daily life, presented by R' Yitzchak Elyakim HaKohen Schwartz, a member of the Beis Neeman administration of our holy kehilla, together with the well-known askan R' Moshe Deutsch, director of Keren Ezer. They spoke with tremendous clarity about how to manage a budget, what is important and what is not, and other important topics such as investments, buying an apartment, credit cards, borrowing and lending, and more. Afterward, the young men were given an opportunity to submit questions, and everything was answered with good judgment and understanding.
Rabbi Hershel Kohn of the organization's administration was honored with Birkas Hamazon. A keepsake was also distributed to the young men: recorded lectures by R' Yitzchak Elyakim Schwartz on how to properly manage a budget.
The crowd went home with full bags filled with important information, "to know what they should do" in daily life.
