Wednesday, Parshas Emor — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

This morning, before Shacharis, a bris of a newborn son took place at the home of R' Yoel Reuven Levi, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in Heichal HaMesivta, Yoel Moshe branch. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Yehuda Ari Weiss.

After davening, the Rebbe recited the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 20, verse 2. Afterwards, the talmidim of the yeshiva went over to greet the Rebbe shlit"a in anticipation of the new month, and a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochur in the Rebbe's private room.

In the afternoon the Rebbe shlit"a went up to Heichal HaYeshiva, Beirach Moshe branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the yeshiva's talmidim in his private room. At around 6:15 the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.

Entry times to the Rebbe's holy home on Uhel Court were from about 8:30 until 11:50 at night.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim at a tenaim celebration in his holy home, for the mechutanim R' Yoel Rosenfeld (Montreal) and R' Yosef Mordechai Rubin.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 11:50 and counted Sefirah before the amud.
