Yom Tov Shavuos 5784 — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, in the midst of the holy community of Kiryas Joel

A splendor that cannot be expressed in words!!

Blessed is the Omnipresent, blessed is He, blessed is the One who gave the Torah to His people Israel. All came together in covenant, a fresh acceptance of the Torah. "And Israel encamped there opposite the mountain" as one man with one heart — over ten thousand Jews, may they live, b'li ayin hara, under one roof, an ingathering of the exiles of our chassidim from every place, in the holy presence of our father and shepherd, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, who kindled the holy spark in each one to cling to the holy Torah and to the Giver of the Torah, we and our children and our children's children. They merited that "Moshe descended from the mountain to the people," by taking part in the holy tefillos and tishen and in hearing fiery holy words. "Gather the people to Me, that they may learn" — on the second day of Yom Tov, in public Torah learning, with the order of piyutim filled with holiness, they absorbed Torah and kedusha. With a prayer to the Living G-d that we merit to receive all the holy blessings of the Yom Tov, materially and spiritually. "Add days upon the days of the king" — may the Rebbe shlit"a continue to bestow upon us many more long, healthy years, so that we merit to draw from the pure wellspring and to shelter in the shade of the palm tree, in good health and with a bright light, until we merit the coming of the Redeemer speedily.

Were the seas ink and all the waters of the assembly, the inhabitants of the earth scribes writing, they would not suffice
— it is still hard and almost impossible to set down in words the stirrings of the heart of the festive Yom Tov in the holy presence of the Rebbe. Here we will only relate the events as they occurred, the order of the exalted and holy days, may they come upon us for good, and what we have read to you is more than what is written here.
