Monday, Parshas Vayishlach — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

This morning a bris took place for the newborn son of R' Isamar Tuvia Rubinstein, where the Rebbe served as sandek.

The Rebbe davened Shacharis in the Beis Medrash HaGadol. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim:
- the son of HaRav Chaim Leib Silberstein shlit"a.
- the bochur Chaim Hersh Weiss.
During the Torah reading, the Rebbe went to perform hagbah. After davening, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in the Rebbe's private room.

In the afternoon the Rebbe went up to the Beirach Moshe branch of the yeshiva, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the yeshiva's talmidim in his private room. At around 5:15 the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.

In the evening the Rebbe officiated at the kiddushin at the chuppahs of the mechutanim:
- HaRav R' Yoel Moshe Weiss and HaRav R' Yitzchak Naftali Mann, in the halls of Kinor David.
- HaRav R' Chaim Mordechai Filipp and HaRav R' Shaul Chaim Goldman, in the halls of Ginas Klein.

Reception hours at the Kiryas Joel court ran from 8:00 until 12:15 after midnight, in the Rebbe's holy home on Ohel Court.

At around 10:15 the Rebbe went down to the tenaim hall, where the Rebbe read the tenaim of the mechutanim HaRav R' Meir Tzvi Goldberg and HaRav R' Yitzchak Eizik Fischer.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 11:30 and then continued to receive the public.
