Friday, Parshas Emor – Pesach Sheni – 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe davened Shacharis in the Talmud Torah Binyan Hirsch, Williamsburg, Landa, together with the talmidim of grades 6, 7, 8 of the branch of Rabbi Moshe Katz shlit"a. Upon arriving, the Rebbe entered the beis medrash and looked around at the learning.
Before davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin for the bar mitzvah bochurim:
- the son of R' Shmuel Mendel Bab"d shlit"a.
- the son of R' Mordechai Yosef Weissmandl shlit"a.
- the bochur Yaakov Chaim Landa.
- the bochur Yoshe Pinchas Schonfeld.

After davening, a lechayim gathering took place in the hall of the beis medrash. Several nigunim were sung, and some of the children sang rhymed verses beforehand.
The Rebbe drank lechayim and gave blessings to the bar mitzvah bochurim, the rebbeim and the children, and then delivered words of Torah and guidance regarding good midos, and concluded with his holy blessing.
Afterwards the Rebbe distributed shirayim to the rebbeim to give out to the children.

Around 12:45 the Rebbe went over to the halls of Kinor Dovid for the tish in honor of Pesach Sheni, together with the talmidim of the yeshiva ketana, branch Heichal HaTorah, of our holy mosdos in Williamsburg, under the direction of Rabbi Yehuda Stolzenberg shlit"a.

The Rebbe washed and tore the challah with his hand, as is customary on Erev Shabbos, and the foods were served as on Yom Tov.
During the tish, nigunim of Pesach and nigunim of Yom Tov were sung.
With the soup, matzah was brought in, and the soup contained kneidlach and matzah farfel.

The Rebbe delivered words of holy Torah, a derush in honor of the day, and then spoke words of guidance, bringing out that regarding Pesach Sheni we see that if someone missed the opportunity of the first Pesach, there is another opportunity, but only if it was due to circumstances beyond his control and not if it was done deliberately. This is the lesson every bochur should take from this, and he strongly urged them to sit and toil in the holy Torah, and concluded with his holy blessing.
Afterwards the menahel shlit"a handed the Rebbe shlit"a a collective kvitel from the talmidim of the yeshiva.
For Birkas HaMazon, the Rebbe honored Rabbi Michel Neiman shlit"a, a rebbi in the yeshiva.
It concluded around 1:45.
