"Shehecheyanu, V'kiyemanu, V'higiyanu Lazman Hazeh"

The Satmar Rebbe shlit"a reciting the blessing "to separate gifts" and the "Shehecheyanu" with fiery holy fervor — in the name of the Kingdom (after putting on a new garment) — while fulfilling the Torah-mandated positive commandment of the first shearing, and while handing it over to the Kohen.
