Tuesday, Parshas Bamidbar — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe davened Shacharis in the Yeshiva Gedolah, Etz Chaim branch – Shiur Gimmel. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Moshe Yechezkel Meisels.
Afterwards, the Rebbe lit candles in honor of the yahrzeit of his uncle, the holy Rabbi Yekusiel Yehuda Teitelbaum zt"l Hy"d, Av Beis Din of Sighet.

After davening, the Rebbe recited the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 30, verse 13. Afterwards, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochur in the hechal of the beis medrash.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe went up to the Yeshiva, Yoel Moshe branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the talmidim of the yeshiva in his private room. At around 6:15, the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.

In the evening, the Rebbe traveled into Williamsburg for the weekly reception hours.

The reception hours in Kiryas Joel were held from 8:00 until 12:15 at night in his holy home on Hughes St.

During the reception hours, a group of bochurim, talmidim of the Yeshiva L'Tze'irim, entered Kiryas Joel; they had brought in larger sums for the benefit of Keren Kiryas Joel. The Rebbe gave all the bochurim the sefer Lev Aharon on Maseches Avos and bestowed his holy blessing.

At around 10:40, the Rebbe went over to the halls of Continental, where the 'Legion of a King' event was held for the benefit of Mosdos Yatev Lev, for the hundreds of young avreichim who married in the past five years.
The Rebbe drank a lechayim and blessed the entire assembly, delivered words of Torah and emphasized the responsibility that rests on every member of the community to see to it that Mosdos Yatev Lev is established on a firm foundation. He urged all the young men to accept upon themselves to give or raise at least a thousand dollars a year for Mosdos Yatev Lev, and concluded with his holy blessing for all the young men, and especially for the leading askanim, the prominent members of the community who took upon themselves the enormous campaign for the benefit of Mosdos Yatev Lev.
Afterwards, all the young men had the opportunity to go over and personally hand their pledge forms to the Rebbe shlit"a, and the Rebbe bestowed his holy blessing on each one individually.
At around 11:10, the Rebbe left the hall and returned to his holy home and continued with the reception hours.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 12:15 and counted Sefirah before the amud.
