Wednesday, Mattos-Masei 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe entered for Shacharis at around 8:45. The Rebbe lit candles and went to the amud in honor of the yahrzeit of his mother, the Rebbetzin, the righteous woman, a"h.

After davening, a lechayim gathering took place in the heichal of the beis medrash in honor of the yahrzeit. The Rebbe drank a lechayim and related stories about his grandfather, the Holy Gaon of Valova zy"a.
Afterwards, the Rebbe walked home to his holy residence. On the way, a pleasant conversation developed about the holy Rebbe, the Remak zt"l, whose yahrzeit it was.

The Rebbe entered for Mincha at around 9:10. The Rebbe lit candles and went to the amud in honor of the yahrzeit. Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe was engaged in his learning. At the time of Rabbeinu Tam, Maariv was davened. Baal tefillah: HaRav R' Nachman Dov Heller (Williamsburg).
