Among others, on leil Shabbos, HaGaon HaTzaddik, the Rav of Ziditshov and Rosh Yeshiva of ours in Boro Park, shlit"a, who is staying in Kiryas Joel for the Kiddush Rabbah of the eldest granddaughter of his son HaGaon R' Shlomo Rubin shlit"a, Av Beis Din of Ziditshov in Kiryas Joel and a mashpia in our "Mesivta Hakedoshah" yeshiva, participated in the tish of the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a. When the Rebbe noticed him, the Rebbe had a bench brought and called the Ziditshov Rav to sit at the Rebbe's tish. After the holy stories, about the week of the Rapshitz Rav zy"a, the Rebbe honored the Ziditshov Rav to tell stories, and afterward the Rebbe continued with holy stories.

The Sound of Joyous Song and Salvation in the Tents of the Righteous

On Shabbos morning after davening, the Rebbe participated in the simcha of the Kiddush Rabbah that took place in the Ziditshov beis medrash in Kiryas Joel. Joyous melodies were sung, then the Rebbe made Kiddush and blessed the grandfathers, the baal simcha and the entire gathering. Afterward the singing of joyous melodies continued. At the Kiddush, a lengthy conversation took place with HaGaon the Rav of Ziditshov shlit"a and with his son HaGaon, Av Beis Din of Ziditshov in Kiryas Joel shlit"a.
