Wednesday, Parshas Bereishis — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe davened Shacharis in the beis medrash at the guest residence. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim.

- The bochur Moshe Yosef Bardach Friedlander.
- The bochur Yitzchak, son of R' Mendel Lowy.
- The bochur Yoel Wolf Weissman.
- The bochur Yoel Hersh Markowitz.
- The bochur Moshe Rosenzweig.
Baal tefillah: the bochur Pinchas, son of Naftali Freund.

After davening, a bris took place for the newborn son of R' Yosef, son of R' Shlomo Gruber, at which the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.
Afterwards, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim and the baal bris.

The Rebbe davened Mincha at about 7:10. Baal tefillah: R' Shimon Yisroel Stern. Maariv was at about 7:50. Baal tefillah: the bochur Meir Dovid, son of R' Avrohom Massri.

After Maariv, a ceremony of writing the letters took place at the guest residence for the Sefer Torah being written by HaRav R' Dovid Yeshua Hirsch (of Boro Park), which will be brought in on Sunday, Parshas Noach, to the Beis Medrash Lev Aharon of our holy kehilla in Boro Park. The Rebbe wrote in several letters, drank a lechayim, and bestowed from his holy blessing.
