Friday, Erev Shabbos Parshas Bereishis, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a
The Rebbe davened Shacharis in the beis medrash at the Achsanya building. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim. - The bochur Shalom Neufeld. - The bochur Menachem Mendel Oppenheim. Baal tefillah: the bochur Aharon Menachem, son of R' Naftali Hirtzka Stein. After davening, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim.
After davening, the simcha of the bris milah of the Rebbe's grandson took place, a son born to HaRav Dovid Teitelbaum shlit"a, son of the HaGaon Rav of the beis medrash Yisroel Shalom shlit"a, and son-in-law of HaGaon Rabbi Avrohom Yuda Lev shlit"a, Av Beis Din and Rosh Yeshiva of Tiferes Eliezer. The Satmar Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandekaus and mohel. - Sandek standing: the HaGaon Av Beis Din of Tiferes Eliezer shlit"a. - Brachos and naming: the grandfather, the HaGaon Av Beis Din of Beis Aharon shlit"a. The Rebbe delivered words of Torah on the topic of bris milah, and gave brachos to the baal simcha, the grandfathers, and the entire family. - Birkas Hamazon: the HaGaon Rav of the beis medrash Yisroel Shalom shlit"a, and the family members recited the Harachaman prayers.
