"May the darkness of night shine like the light of day"

This afternoon, on the way to New Hampshire, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a called the distinguished philanthropist R' Fishel Rispler to thank him for the learning seder Mishnas Meir Zelig on Thursday nights during the summer days by the talmidim of our yeshiva "Mesivta HaKedosha" Torah Vodaas of Satmar, where the bochurim learn Torah for five consecutive hours in the Zichron Yechiel Michel beis medrash in Kiryas Vayoel Moshe. R' Fishel sponsors it in memory of his father, the distinguished philanthropist R' Meir Zelig z"l, a leader of our holy kehilla.

The Rebbe expressed his satisfaction and pleasure from the wonderful reports he hears back about the learning seder, and said, "The upper worlds rejoiced and the lower worlds exulted at the receiving of the Torah," that above in Heaven it is a joy and a benefit for the neshama, and here it is a joy for all who learn Torah. He blessed them with very warm blessings of holiness in the merit of Torah.
