Thursday, Parshas Re'eh — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a.

Early in the morning, before Shacharis, the following brissim took place, at which the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandekaus and as mohel. For the newborn sons of:
R' Avrohom Simcha Hirsch.
R' Yoel Yitzchak Rata.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta "Branch Beirach Moshe". Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put on tefillin for the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Yaakov Binyomin Levi.

After davening, the Rebbe shlit"a learned the daily Tehillim shiur, chapter 5, verse 3.

Afterwards, a lechayim celebration was held with the bar mitzvah bochur.

At around 12:20, the Rebbe shlit"a entered the Heichal HaYeshiva for the Yom Kippur Koton davening. After Yom Kippur Koton, the Rebbe shlit"a said the Vidui of Rabbeinu Nissim with awesome weeping. The baal tefillah was HaGaon R' Shmuel Krausz, a rebbe in the yeshiva. They finished at around 1:10.

In the afternoon, as previously announced, the Skolya Rebbe shlit"a came for a visit in the inner sanctum with the Rebbe shlit"a; he also appeared in the Heichal Yeshiva Gedola, shiur 4, and in the Heichal HaMesivta, Branch Kedushas Yoel. A pleasant conversation took place on divrei Torah and stories of tzaddikim. He also expressed to the Rebbe his admiration for the bochurim, the talmidim of our holy yeshivos. The Rebbe shlit"a honored him with a lechayim and then accompanied him out.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim at the tenaim held in the home, the lovely abode of the holy Rebbe zy"a, at the tenaim of the mechutanim:
R' Moshe Chaim Wieder - R' Yisroel Boruch Herskowitz.

At around 11:00, rabbis of the organization "Adopt a Kollel", which helps support kollelim in Eretz Yisroel by forming a partnership with a beis medrash outside Eretz Yisroel, came for a visit with the Rebbe shlit"a. Also participating was HaGaon Rabbi Binyomin Laub shlit"a, rav of our beis medrash Yismach Moshe in Williamsburg, whose beis medrash has formed a partnership. The Rebbe shlit"a inquired further about the activities and bestowed his holy blessings.
