Motzei Yom Gilah

This past Motzei Shabbos the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a visited the home of the distinguished and esteemed R' Avrohom Yoshe Glantz, one of the leading askanim of our kehilla in Kiryas Joel, where a "document-signing ceremony" took place for the 'Shaar Yissachar Dov' (gate), which he purchased for a fantastic sum in our great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel. The Rebbe shlit"a signed the documents, drank a lechayim, and offered holy blessings to the esteemed donor and his family.

Afterwards the Rebbe shlit"a went to the Sheva Brachos of the daughter of R' Shalom Yitzchok Weinberger in his home in Kiryas Joel, where a "document-signing ceremony" took place for a classroom that he purchased in our holy mosdos in Williamsburg l'zechus his parents, may they live long. The Rebbe shlit"a signed the documents, drank a lechayim, and offered holy blessings to the esteemed donor and his family, and to his esteemed father, the distinguished Rabbi R' Nachum Mordechai Weinberger, a prominent member of our kehilla in London.

At around 12:40 the Rebbe shlit"a came to the siyum on Maseches Kiddushin made by the hundreds of bochurim of the ninth grade of the 'Mechina L'Yeshiva' in our holy mosdos in Kiryas Joel, with the participation of the parents and grandfathers, in the Beis Rochel Paradise hall.

The bochurim sang rhymes, after which the Rebbe shlit"a drank a lechayim, wished the bochurim, parents and grandfathers well, and delivered words of holy Torah.

During his address the Rebbe shlit"a expressed his heartfelt emotions about the more than 330 ninth-grade bochurim who were tested on Maseches Kiddushin, and mentioned the "Chumash Seudah" that took place last week for the more than 550 first-grade children, which comprises over 20 classes in first grade. The Rebbe shlit"a expressed that this is tremendous nachas ruach for the founder of the Kiryah, the holy Rebbe, the Divrei Yoel zy"a, and for the holy Rebbe, the Beirach Moshe zy"a, who continued it with even greater strength.

The Rebbe also spoke about the expansion of the boundaries of holiness with the new yeshiva gedola in Kiryas Joel and the new yeshiva ketana that will open in the coming term. He then concluded with holy blessings to the bochurim, parents and grandfathers.

After the address the Rebbe shlit"a distributed the holy sefer "Vayoel Moshe" to the bochurim.
