At around 10:50, those present merited to hear the dvar Hashem and yearly guidance of the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a. The Rebbe shlit"a delivered Torah thoughts in the teachings of the Rebbe, the Divrei Yoel (Baal HaNes) zy"a. Afterward, the Rebbe spoke about the flourishing and growth of the holy mosdos across the world and the beautiful fruits they produce, in the talmud torah, in Beis Rachel, and in the yeshivos ketanos and gedolos, and highlighted the expansion of the borders of holiness with the opening of the 2 branches of Yeshiva Gedolah Esek HaTorah for the older bochurim, which opened with great success, all of which is in the merit and strength of that elder.

Afterward the Rebbe spoke at length in words of mussar and guidance, to hold oneself strongly and not follow the lusts of America, and he cautioned against sending bochurim to learn in other yeshivos. "Most of the bochurim arrive in Eretz Yisroel, where they are cooled off from everything that is important and holy to us. He no longer has any connection to Satmar, and this brings a tremendous decline of the generations in all matters."

Afterward the Rebbe shlit"a spoke about the difficult decrees in the Land and in the Diaspora that we must be prepared to fight, the danger of the chinuch decrees in New York "When speaking about matters of chinuch, we must bring out the danger that looms over the schools here in New York State; 'as it appears, in the coming months the government in Albany will take action regarding chinuch,' matters that are the lifeblood of Klal Yisroel. 'We need abundant Heavenly mercy and must be prepared for gifts, for prayer and for battle.' May Hashem help that we succeed. May the actions that are being taken be very successful. May no one be able, chas v'shalom, to interfere with the chinuch of Jewish children."

The danger of the decrees of drafting yeshiva students in Eretz Yisroel "So too in Eretz Yisroel they too need Heavenly mercy. The draft of yeshiva students has not come off the agenda, and there is tremendous danger regarding what arrangement will be introduced. Who knows what the day will bring; may Hashem have mercy."

Afterward the Rebbe shlit"a spoke that the great day is "a time of introspection, to walk in the ways of the Rebbe zy"a, especially in matters of outlook and opinions, not to budge even slightly from all that he taught us in writing and orally in condemnation of the Zionist idea and all the prohibitions entailed in it. It concerns the fundamentals of faith." - "We need tremendous strengthening not to fall into the net of the yetzer hara with the Zionist idea of 'my power and the might of my hand,' and to take a redemption in place of the coming of Mashiach. We must know with clarity the prohibitions involved in this. To merit separation from the wicked, even in thought, because even thought causes damage in these matters."

Afterward the Rebbe shlit"a spoke in praise of the chaburos of Yesodei HaTorah and Toraschu Sha'ashuai, and strengthened the thousands of those who learn Torah. And last but not least, the Rebbe spoke in praise of the mosdos in Williamsburg, which stand for the sake of Hashem's name and glory, and asked that everyone help the devoted administration that bears such a heavy burden, and concluded with his holy blessings that the administrators of the mosdos be spared from all evil, and with abundant blessings for the entire holy kehilla.

After the holy address the Rebbe blessed over the cup and recited the Sheva Brachos for all the chasanim.

It ended at around 12:00. On the way out, the Rebbe thanked the askanim who helped make the event a success.
