Thursday 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At around 9:15 the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a entered for Shacharis in the local beis medrash. During the Torah reading the following were honored. Peticha: R' Yitzchak Teitelbaum (Kiryas Joel), Kohen: R' Binyamin Landau (Williamsburg), Levi: R' Shlomo Moshe Klagsbrun (Kiryas Joel), Shlishi: the Rebbe shlit"a, Hagbah: the Rebbe's grandson Rabbi Chaim Hersh Teitelbaum shlit"a, son of HaGaon Rabbi Baruch Moshe shlit"a, Rav of the beis medrash, Gelilah: R' Mordechai Shimi Kaufman (Williamsburg). After davening, several guests came over to greet the Rebbe.

In the evening at 5:30 the Rebbe entered for Mincha. Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe learned, and at the time of Rabbeinu Tam Maariv was davened.
