Report
Wednesday, after the 26th of Nissan, the yahrzeit of the Rebbe, the Beirach Moshe zy"a — "B'tzeil HaKodesh" with his eldest son, the continuer of his holy path, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Large Beis Medrash together with the yeshiva students. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim.
The son of HaGaon Rabbi Aharon Teitelbaum shlit"a, Rav of the Beis Medrash Eitz Chaim Sigut in Monsey, son of the Gaon Hatzaddik, Av Beis Din of our kehilla in Boro Park 15 shlit"a.
The bochur Avrohom Meir Wertzberger (Montreal).
The bochur Yoel Greenfeld.

The Rebbe shlit"a lit 5 candles and descended before the amud with outpouring of the soul and recited Kaddish in honor of the yahrzeit. Accompanying the Tehillim was the Rebbe's grandson, the young man Meir Eliezer Teitelbaum, son of the Rebbe's son-in-law, the Gaon Hatzaddik R' Baruch shlit"a.

After davening, a lechayim gathering took place before the aliyah l'tzion hakadosh. The Rebbe shlit"a drank lechayim and bestowed his holy blessings upon the entire assembly. Afterward, the Rebbe concluded Maseches Horayos, which had been learned at the Rebbe's directive by the students of the Mesivta since Rosh Chodesh Nissan. The Rebbe made the siyum and recited the Hadran and Kaddish. The Rebbe then distributed shirayim to the bar mitzvah bochurim and to the grandchildren of the baal hahilula, and the gathering continued with songs of arousal.

After the lechayim gathering, around 12:00, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to visit the holy kever. Upon arriving at the cemetery, the Rebbe recited the blessing "Mechayei HaMeisim." The Rebbe shlit"a entered the ohel and lit 5 candles along with a neshama candle. The Rebbe recited the prayer of "Shalom Aleichem" of the Yismach Moshe zy"a with great arousal. Then the Rebbe shlit"a recited with outpouring of the soul the chapters of Tehillim from 90 until 107, and the Yehi Ratzon, and then recited Kaddish. The Rebbe then read the kvitlach at the holy kever while the assembly sang songs of arousal that were sung in the beis medrash of the holy Rebbe, the baal hahilula zy"a. Afterward, the Rebbe shlit"a prostrated himself on the holy kever for a lengthy time as is his custom, and effected all good for us and for all Yisroel.

In the evening at 8:10, the Rebbe shlit"a davened Mincha in his holy home. Before davening, the Rebbe lit 5 candles and went to the amud in honor of the holy hilula.
After Mincha, the Rebbe shlit"a entered the Large Beis Medrash for the hilula seudah. The Rebbe washed for the seudah, and then made the siyum on Maseches Horayos and Seder Nezikin, which had been learned in the chaburah "Torasecha Sha'ashuai," and spoke in praise of the chaburah, which is already beginning Seder Kodshim, and blessed that in that merit we should already merit to make a siyum on Seder Nezikin in the literal sense. Then the Rebbe made a siyum on the six orders of Mishnah and a siyum on the entire Shas, which had been learned by members of the kehilla in honor of the yahrzeit, and recited Kaddish.
After the fish, the Rebbe wished lechayim to the entire assembly: "His merit should protect us and all Yisroel." Throughout the entire tish, they sang songs of deveikus and yearning that were sung in the beis medrash of the holy Rebbe, the baal hahilula zy"a. The Rebbe honored HaGaon R' Baruch Weiss shlit"a with the Michtam L'Dovid.

Afterward, the Rebbe shlit"a delivered holy words on the teachings of the baal hahilula, and spoke about his greatness and righteousness, his power of holiness as one of the three pillars of the world, his greatness in Torah, and the holy work of establishing batei medrash and yeshivos throughout the world to elevate the glory of Torah, his power of avodah, the warm tefillos that inflamed the hearts of Yisroel toward their Father in Heaven, and his power in acts of kindness: he was a merciful father to broken hearts and distributed huge sums of tzedakah, both to those who knew and those who did not. Just as he stands and serves here, so does he stand and serve there, especially for the members of our kehilla and particularly for the residents of Kiryas Joel, who were engraved on his heart with special affection. "And it was, when Moshe raised his hand" — the war of utter dedication that he waged for the sake of Hashem's honor, particularly against the impurity of Zionism. He also mentioned Kollel Eitz Chaim in Bnei Brak, which he established in the name of his father, the Eitz Chaim zy"a, and which was close to his pure heart. "Moshe is true and his Torah is true" — his attributes of truth and how he fought against falsehood, and where you find his greatness, there you find his humility.

The Rebbe then spoke in praise of and strengthened the chaburos of our holy kehilla, mentioning the chaburah "Torasecha Sha'ashuai," which is now concluding Seder Nezikin and beginning Kodshim. He urged tefilla, tzedakah and chesed, and highlighted the great, beneficial efforts that members of the kehilla took the lead in doing to rescue the Jews of Ukraine, which is an honor and glory for our kehilla, which is founded on chesed. The Torah institutions in all places are growing, and the yeshivos are producing beautiful fruits for the glory of Hashem. He also urged strengthening in tznius in the women's sections, regarding hair, sheitels, and clothing, and regarding technological devices.

The Rebbe then spoke about terrible stumbling blocks that took place on Yom Tov of Pesach, where Jews unknowingly stumbled with chametz on Pesach, Rachmana litzlan. He explained that this comes because of laxity among people in buying everything for Pesach that they see, which was not the case in the past. Likewise, one must be careful when traveling away not to eat just anywhere and not to buy just anywhere. He also urged regarding the sanctity of Chol HaMoed: "Chol HaMoed is not a weekday." Not every business may be open, and not everything may be purchased on Chol HaMoed. The Rebbe then spoke about the decree against chinuch, saying we cannot know how far things will go, and called on everyone to sign the petitions to the government against the guidelines. We must be prepared for generations with tefilla and with battle, and he emphasized that we must never, chas v'shalom, make any compromises on the chinuch of our children. He concluded with his holy blessings to the entire assembly in the merit of that tzaddik, the holy Rebbe, the baal hahilula zy"a.

For Birkas Hamazon, the Rebbe honored his brother, the Gaon Hatzaddik, Av Beis Din of our kehilla in Boro Park 15 shlit"a.

After the hilula seudah, the Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv and went to the amud for the Sefirah.

His great and holy merit should protect us and all Yisroel
