Wednesday, Parshas Kedoshim — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, the brissen took place.
For the son born to R' Shlomo Meshulam Landau, where the Rebbe was sandek and mohel.
For the son born to R' Chaim Dovid Forgács, where the Rebbe was sandek and mohel.
For the son born to R' Eli Fried, where the Rebbe was sandek.

The Satmar Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta, Yoel Moshe branch. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Yoel Moshe Yitzchak Herskowitz.

After davening, the Rebbe recited the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 10, verse 2, and afterwards the talmidei hayeshiva went over to greet him. A lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochur in the Rebbe's private room.

At around 1 in the afternoon (8 at night, Eretz Yisroel time), the Rebbe shlit"a delivered holy words and guidance via a hook-up to the talmidei of our holy yeshiva Maharit in Bnei Brak, on the occasion of the start of the summer zman, IY"H.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to the Heichal HaYeshiva, Divrei Yoel branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the talmidei hayeshiva in his private room.

In the evening, at around 8:20, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy residence on Ayhel Court. Afterwards there were yechidus hours until 12:30 at night.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim in the tenaim hall in his holy residence for the following mechutanim.

During the yechidus hours, the rabbanim of the Vaad HaEruv of Kiryas Joel and the surrounding areas entered the inner sanctum together with the learners of the Halachos Eruvin chaburah of the Mivtzar HaKollelim of Kiryas Joel, where they went over the plans to expand the eruv, and also asked questions that arose in practice and in halacha.

Also entering the inner sanctum was Rabbi Daniel Cohen shlit"a, rav of Kehal Divrei Emes of the Sephardic community in Queens. A conversation developed about his youth in the city of Samarkand, where he learned under the Iron Curtain. The rav shlit"a presented the Rebbe shlit"a with a minchas bikkurim of fruits and wine, and showed the Rebbe the new Shas 'Mamleches Kohanim,' which contains the rulings of the Rishonim, from the Rambam, Raavad, Tur, Shulchan Aruch, etc., all on the page of the sugya.
The Rebbe examined it for a longer time and discussed the details of the printing, and bestowed his holy blessings that he should be successful in the holy work.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 12:30 and then approached the amud for the Sefirah.
