Tuesday, Parshas Chukas — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, brissen took place.
For the son born to R' Yoel Mordechai Shehr, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.
For the son born to R' Yehoshua Rota, where the Rebbe served as sandek.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Talmud Torah building opposite Palatchek on Rimanov Street, together with grades 6, 7 and 8, the branch of HaRav Yaakov Shalom Weiss shlit"a. Upon arrival the Rebbe entered the beis medrash where the children were learning; the Rebbe looked around with great nachas and heard several children recite.

After davening a lechayim gathering was held for the talmidim of grades 3, 4 and 5, the branch of HaRav Yehoshua Zalman Wertzberger shlit"a. The children sang several nigunim, the Rebbe drank lechayim, delivered words of divrei kibbud and guidance, and concluded with his holy brachos.

Afterwards the Rebbe went down to grades 1 and 2, the branch of HaRav Yoel Acker shlit"a. The children sang a nigun and the Rebbe delivered brief words and a bracha.

In the afternoon the Rebbe went up to the heichal of the Yeshiva, Beirach Moshe branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the talmidim of the yeshiva in his private room.

At about 7:15 the Rebbe traveled to Williamsburg for the weekly yechidus hours. Upon arrival the Rebbe paid a shiva call at the home of R' Yosef Dovid Banda, on the passing of his wife / their mother a"h.

At about 8:50 the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home, followed by yechidus hours in the inner sanctum until 12:00 at night.

During the yechidus hours, HaGaon Rabbi Yoel Schwartz shlit"a, dayan of the Gelbstein building beis medrash of our holy kehilla in Williamsburg, entered with a kvitel to receive an approbation for the new sefer Shvilei Halacha, volume 6, on the laws of Chol HaMoed. A lengthy halachic conversation ensued on the topics and laws of Chol HaMoed, and the Rebbe granted him his holy bracha.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv at about 10:45 in his holy home and afterwards continued to receive the public.
