Friday 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash for Shacharis at approximately 8:46. Before davening, the Rebbe lit 5 candles and led the davening as the chazan, in honor of the yahrzeit of the Rebbetzin, the righteous, a"h, mother of the Malchus.

After davening, the guests went over to greet the Rebbe, and the bochur Shlomo Gross (Montreal), son of Berish Gross, presented an answer to the question that the Rebbe had left over in the Heichal HaYeshiva.

Afterwards, a lechayim gathering took place in honor of the yahrzeit. The Rebbe drank a lechayim and gave a blessing to the entire gathering, and related stories about his grandfather, the holy Gaon, the Volove Rav zt"l. Afterwards, the Rebbe walked home, and on the way a conversation developed about how the shidduch between the Beirach Moshe zt"l and the Rebbetzin a"h came about.
