This morning at around 9:50, the Rebbe set out on the annual visit to the summer camps of our holy mosdos of Williamsburg and Boro Park.

At around 10:50, the Rebbe arrived at the bochurim's camp, Machane Rav Tov, in Swan Lake.
The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis together with the hundreds of talmidim of the preparatory yeshiva class, 9th grade, of Williamsburg and Boro Park. The Rebbe laid tefillin in the beis medrash. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim:
- The bochur Wolf Landau.
- The bochur Yaakov Yoel Sofdi.

- Baal Tefillah: the bochur Yitzchak Daniel, son of Yoel Dana a"h (Williamsburg).
- Pesicha: HaGaon R' Yuda Ber Teller shlit"a - principal of the 9th grade in Williamsburg.
- Baal Koreh: the bochur Zeidel, son of Rabbi Mendel Panet shlit"a (Boro Park).
- Kohen: HaGaon R' Akiva Yosef Kahana shlit"a - principal of the 9th grade in Boro Park.

- Shlishi: the bar mitzvah bochur Wolf Landau.
- Hagbah: the Rebbe shlit"a.
- Gelilah: the bar mitzvah bochur Yaakov Yoel Sofdi.

The Rebbe blew the shofar and recited ten chapters of Tehillim, as is customary in the month of Elul.

After Shacharis, the Rebbe went over to the house of R' Aharon Weinberger, in the vicinity of the camp, for a morning meal.

At around 1:50, the Rebbe returned to the bochurim's camp. The Rebbe entered the batei medrash where the bochurim learn and looked around with great nachas. The Rebbe walked among the tables for a longer time and tested the bochurim on their learning, first in the beis medrash of the 9th grade talmidim of Williamsburg. Before leaving the beis medrash, the Rebbe asked for the microphone and left a question for the bochurim in their studies.
The Rebbe then went over to the beis medrash of the 9th grade talmidim of Boro Park, looked at their learning, and engaged in pilpul with the bochurim for a longer time.

The Rebbe then went back up to where a lechayim gathering with the bochurim took place in the main hall of the beis medrash. Several niggunim and rhymed verses were sung. The Rebbe drank lechayim and bestowed blessings on the bar mitzvah bochurim, the maggidei shiur and the bochurim. The Rebbe delivered holy words, stressing the need to work at acquiring yiras shamayim in one's young years so that it will last in later years, through learning chassidic and mussar seforim, and concluded with his holy blessings. It ended at around 2:50.

From there, the Rebbe shlit"a traveled to the 'Yingel Camp' of Machane Rav Tov in Monticello, arriving at around 3:05.
The Rebbe went up to the 4 batei medrash of the older grades, 6th, 7th and 8th, of the talmidim of our mosdos in Williamsburg - the branch of Rabbi Moshe Elya Green shlit"a, the branch of Rabbi Yoel Stern shlit"a, the branch of Rabbi Elazar Eichenstein shlit"a - and then the talmidim of our mosdos in Boro Park under the direction of Rabbi Zerach Shapiro shlit"a.
The Rebbe looked at their learning with great nachas and asked questions in each branch in their studies. The Rebbe greeted in a special way his great-grandchildren shlit"a and the grandchildren of his father, the holy Rebbe, the Beirach Moshe zt"l, and gave them pouches of money, following the custom of his father, the holy Rebbe zy"a.

Afterwards, all the talmidim gathered in the dining hall for a reception.
The children welcomed the Rebbe with song and music, and then sang warm rhymed verses in honor of the occasion.
The Rebbe drank lechayim and bestowed blessings on the melamdim and the talmidim, and delivered holy words, stressing that for Torah learning to endure, one must first have yiras shamayim, and this must be known already from the young years when one begins learning Torah, that without yiras shamayim, Torah learning does not endure. He concluded with his holy blessings.
The Rebbe then distributed shirayim to the melamdim to distribute to all the children.

It ended at around 4:15, and the Rebbe left the camp and drove through as the children stood lined up on both sides of the camp, wishing him a good inscription and sealing (kesiva v'chasima tova).

At around 4:30, the Rebbe arrived at the camp of Yeshiva Ketana, branch Ahavas HaTorah of Williamsburg, under the direction of Rabbi Yechiel Michel Sekula shlit"a, where a chanukas habayis took place for the beis medrash building, 'Binyan Landau,' donated by R' Moshe Eliezer Landau, together with a cornerstone laying for a new dormitory building donated by R' Avrohom Yuda Rosenberg.
The Rebbe greeted his son, HaGaon HaTzaddik, the Av Beis Din of Williamsburg shlit"a, and looked around the beis medrash building.
Afterwards, a lechayim gathering took place in the main hall of the beis medrash. Several niggunim were sung. The Rebbe poured the cornerstone and honored HaGaon HaTzaddik, the Av Beis Din of Williamsburg shlit"a, with pouring as well.
The Rebbe drank lechayim and bestowed blessings on the Rav shlit"a, the rebbeim and the talmidim of the yeshiva, and delivered holy words on the verse "And you shall make a railing for your roof," explaining that as a new building is inaugurated in the camp where they stay during the summer, one must be careful with guarding the eyes. "Maakeh" (railing) is an acronym: Hirhurei Aveira Kashim Me'aveira (sinful thoughts are worse than the sin itself). He urged the bochurim to be careful with guarding the eyes, which is the foundation of being a proper Jew. He spoke in praise of the esteemed donors and bestowed abundant blessings on the donors, the yeshiva administration, and the rebbeim and talmidim of the yeshiva.
Then a minchas bikkurim was presented to the Rebbe shlit"a of over eight thousand pages of Gemara which the bochurim learned as a preparation for the Rebbe's visit. The Rebbe then distributed shirayim from the fruits to the donors.
It ended at around 5:10, and the Rebbe traveled home to Kiryas Joel.

Yechidus hours were from 6:00 until 12:50 at night, at his holy residence on Uhel Ct.

During yechidus hours, HaGaon HaTzaddik, the Av Beis Din of Hivnov shlit"a, who is currently vacationing in Kiryas Joel, paid a visit. A pleasant conversation ensued about the customs of the month of Tishrei and about the visits of his father, the Liska Rebbe zt"l, to the holy Rebbe, the Divrei Yoel zy"a, and the Rebbe bestowed his holy blessing upon him.

In the evening, the Rebbe officiated at kiddushin at the chuppah of the mechutanim:
- Rabbi Baruch Brosh Schwartz shlit"a and Rabbi Dovid Leib Kraus shlit"a in the Kinor David halls.
- R' Yaakov Yitzchak Steinmetz and R' Moshe Chaim Friedman in the Ginas Klein halls.

The Rebbe davened Mincha at around 8:15 and Maariv at around 12:50.

Also entering for yechidus was HaGaon R' Kalman Halberstam shlit"a, rav of the Zanz beis medrash in Kiryas Joel, together with his mechutan Rabbi Pinchas Elimelech Stein shlit"a, son of the Faltichan Rebbe shlit"a and son-in-law of the Rachmistrivka Rebbe shlit"a, to receive a holy blessing on the occasion of the wedding of their children, mazel tov, which will take place this coming Sunday, Parshas Ki Savo, in Kiryas Joel. A pleasant conversation developed about the yichus of the chosson and kallah, and the Rebbe bestowed his holy blessing upon them.

Also entering for yechidus were askanim of Merkaz Ezra V'Eitza of the Eida HaChareidis of Yerushalayim, who delivered a report on the chanukas habayis event that took place earlier this evening, headed by the Gaavad of Yerushalayim shlit"a, the posek hador and moreh d'asra of the holy city, and his Beis Din Tzedek, together with the leading Rebbes and leaders of the communities under the banner of the Eida HaChareidis, for the new gigantic headquarters of the Merkaz in the holy city of Yerushalayim, a new building of several floors with over ten rooms, which will make it possible to expand the Merkaz's activities dramatically in the current critical period. The askanim delivered a report on the visit by the Merkaz's administration to the Yerushalayim Rav shlit"a, and on the subsequent event headed by the members of the Beis Din shlit"a, at which HaGaon HaTzaddik R' Meir Zwebel shlit"a, one of the rabbanim of our holy kehilla, appeared on the holy mission of the Rebbe shlit"a.
The askanim mentioned the kiddush Hashem that even from the Agudist circles many rabbanim and roshei yeshivos were present, since even in their circles they see the reality that all their representatives from within were unable to accomplish anything, and that the only effective means to fight the bitter decree of the draft is through the offices that the Rebbe shlit"a established 13 years ago, before anyone even understood that the danger of a decree was looming.
The Rebbe inquired about the Merkaz's activities and the ongoing support through our holy kehilla, and bestowed his holy blessing on the askanim, that they should continue to be able to accomplish for the klal, saving Jewish souls from conversion.

After Maariv at around 1:10, the Rebbe went over to the Vachnacht celebration for his grandson's newborn son, born to Rabbi Mordechai Yuda Halberstam shlit"a, son of HaGaon Rabbi Avrohom Meir shlit"a - dayan and moreh tzedek of our beis medrash at 18 Boro Park - and son-in-law of HaGaon, the rav of the beis medrash, Yisroel Shalom shlit"a, at his father-in-law's home in the Veyoel Moshe neighborhood. A pleasant conversation ensued about the Yetev Lev zy"a, whose yahrzeit falls this week. The Rebbe drank lechayim and bestowed blessings on the baal simcha and the grandfathers.

The Rebbe then recited Krias Shema as customary and bestowed blessings on the mother. It ended at around 1:30.

The Rebbe washed for the seudah. During the seudah, they prolonged the singing of stirring niggunim that were sung by our holy Rebbes zy"a.

At the lechayim after the fish, the Rebbe wished 'May his merit protect us,' and after the meat he related holy stories and spoke about the history and the succession of the rabbanim in the city of Sighet, beginning with his ancestor HaGaon Rabbi Elazar Nisan zy"a, then Maran HaGaon, the Yetev Lev zy"a, and then Maran HaGaon, the Kedushas Yom Tov zy"a, followed by HaGaon, the Kedushas Yom Tov zy"a, and in this context he brought out the power of leadership and rabbanus of the baal hilula zy"a.

One looks at oneself and is overcome with shame: who am I to go up to my grandfather's kever? But when one goes up together with the bochurim, one is comforted that in the merit of continuing the path of the baal hilula, raising chassidishe bochurim, in that merit one can go up to the holy kever and bring about all good.

The Rebbe honored HaGaon Rabbi Mordechai Aharon Sobel shlit"a with a Michtam L'David.

Afterwards the Rebbe delivered a dvar Torah on the teachings of the baal hilula and brought out that the words and prayers of a tzaddik leave an influence for all generations on whoever follows in their ways, and that the baal hilula surely bestows all good upon all who came to visit the holy kever and upon all of Klal Yisroel. A pleasant conversation took place about stories of Beis Sighet, and the Hornosteipel Rebbe shlit"a presented the Rebbe shlit"a with his sefer Ohr Yitzchak. Refreshments and kugel were brought in, and Rosh Chodesh nigunim were sung. The Hornosteipel Rebbe honored the Rebbe shlit"a with a lechayim, and the Rebbe bestowed his holy blessing upon him, and he accompanied the Rebbe shlit"a out.

From there the Rebbe went to our great beis medrash for a visit to the new, magnificent Heichal HaTorah, Heichal Lev Aharon.
The Rebbe walked around the entire Heichal and listened to a report from the esteemed philanthropist R' Chaim Yosef Greenfeld of Eretz Yisroel, builder of the magnificent Heichal Lev Aharon. The Rebbe greatly marveled at the tremendous efforts invested to arrange every detail in the finest manner, befitting the honor of the Torah and for the benefit of those learning in the Heichal.

As the Rebbe left the Heichal, the HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din of London shlit"a, who had come together with many anash residents of London for the inauguration and welcoming ceremony, was waiting and greeted him.

At around 9:15 the Rebbe arrived at the uplifting inauguration celebration of the new, magnificent Heichal HaTorah, Heichal Lev Aharon, together with the Rosh Chodesh seudah, in the enormous Beis Yaakov halls in the city, in the presence of thousands of anash from Europe and many rabbonim and dayanim of the city of Manchester.
Upon entering, the Rebbe greeted the rabbonim at the head table and danced on the spot for several minutes, then washed for the seudah. The singing of Torah nigunim in honor of the occasion was prolonged.
The chairman, R' Yisroel Stern of London, opened the event with fitting words and called upon the HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din of Manchester shlit"a, who welcomed the Rebbe shlit"a on behalf of our holy kehilla in Manchester in particular and on behalf of all anash of Europe.

He then called up the remaining esteemed partners, patrons of the Heichal, to come receive a gift from the Rebbe shlit"a: the esteemed philanthropist R' Yosef Mordechai Kahana, the esteemed philanthropist R' Moshe Goldstein, R' Naftali Hirtzka Stein, the yungerman R' Shmuel Benedikt, R' Yoel Yisroel Lev, the esteemed philanthropist R' Aharon Hersh Mittelman, and lastly R' Chaim Yosef Greenfeld, builder of the Heichal, to whom the Rebbe gave a gift of a silver honey dish.
Afterward R' Aharon Hersh Mittelman, one of the leading members of the Heichal's board in the U.S., spoke.

The Rebbe shlit"a delivered holy words and guidance. The Rebbe began by thanking the city of Manchester for its hospitality, with its distinguished rabbonim, baalei batim, avreichim, and our holy kehilla in particular, and continued with words of derush and aggadah on several themes. He emphasized the importance of learning Torah, in whose merit the miracle of Purim occurred, and said that one who is involved in Torah changes the entire person: his davening is different and his entire conduct is different. He also conveyed the joy of the occasion, as a Heichal HaTorah is being inaugurated specifically for learning. It was indeed built for the members of our holy kehilla, but it is made for all the residents of the city; anyone seeking a quiet place to learn morning, afternoon, and evening is invited to increase the number of those learning Torah. We have already seen this in other places, and it has been shown that they are a holy people, and the number of those learning Torah increases, and this changes everyone's conduct. The Rebbe praised the esteemed philanthropists of our holy kehilla, who spared no expense to fulfill "And they shall make Me a sanctuary, and I will dwell among them," and likewise the esteemed askanim of the Heichal, "May Hashem repay their deeds, and their righteousness stands forever." He concluded with praise of our holy kehilla and bestowed abundant blessings upon the entire public.

Afterward the Rebbe broke out into a festive dance for an extended time. For bentching, the Rebbe honored the HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din of Manchester shlit"a. The event ended at around 11:40, and the Rebbe returned to the lodgings.

- The bochur Avrohom Meir Yaakov Palatschek.

During the Torah reading, the Rebbe went up for hagbah, and after davening he said over the daily Tehillim shiur on chapter 29, verse 3. Afterwards, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in his private room.

At around 3:50, the Rebbe went over to the main beis medrash for the "Yom HaIchud gathering" of the nearly one thousand students of the 9th grade Machina for Yeshiva Ketana of our holy mosdos from across Greater New York.
The Rebbe davened Mincha in the heichal of the beis medrash, and after Mincha the Rebbe went up to the place of honor in front of the Aron Kodesh. Several warm nigunim were sung, and one of the bochurim sang out rhymed verses. During reception hours, Rabbi Shimon Sisha shlit"a, head of the rescuers within Merkaz Ezra V'Yeutz of the Edah HaChareidis for saving Jewish bochurim from the decree of the draft, entered for a private audience. He is currently in America because of a visit to a sick relative, together with several askanim of Merkaz Ezra V'Yeutz from America.

The Rebbe inquired about the latest developments regarding the bitter decree of drafting yeshiva students in Eretz Yisroel, where many bochurim are being arrested weekly, and at the moment close to one hundred thousand! bochurim and young married men are in the status of draft evaders and can have problems daily. The Rebbe expressed his pain over those who want to make compromises regarding the decree, which brings a coldness and a kosher stamp of approval among the weaker bochurim, and this brings about that, unfortunately, many bochurim from all circles are turning to the impure army, may Hashem protect us. The Rebbe strongly encouraged the positive activities of the Merkaz and conferred of his holy blessing.

Wednesday, Parshas Vayeishev 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning a bris was held for the newborn son of R' Yehuda Asher, son of the bochur Eliezer Roth, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe davened Shacharis in the main beis medrash.
Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim.
- The bochur Moshe Yosef Ehrenfeld.
- The bochur Yoshe Mordechai Danziger.
After davening, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in the Rebbe's private room.

During the morning hours, HaRav R' Shimon Shisha shlit"a, head of the rescuers at the Markaz Ezra V'Yeitzah of the Eidah HaChareidis for saving Jewish bochurim from the decree of the draft, contacted the Rebbe shlit"a by phone to receive a blessing ahead of the opening of a new, expanded office of the Markaz in Bnei Brak. With Hashem's help, it will open right after Chanukah in a new, large location with an expanded staff of rescuers, in order to be able to handle the increased problems that the impure army is causing for chassidish bochurim. This follows the Rebbe shlit"a's personal request during the holy journey to Eretz Yisroel to expand the activities of the Markaz in the city of Bnei Brak, because of the worsened situation of the decree of the draft and the great demand and need among the thousands of yeshiva students of Bnei Brak.
The Rebbe shlit"a thanked R' Shimon shlit"a for his help to several of our bochurim, who, Baruch Hashem, received an exemption through the Markaz, and discussed the bitter situation of the draft, and in particular the situation of several of our bochurim who unfortunately are still entangled with the impure army. The Rebbe gave his holy blessing to R' Shimon shlit"a and to all the rescuers.

At around 7:15 the Rebbe went over to the home of the distinguished philanthropist R' Avrohom Yehuda Mandel in Kiryas Joel for a lechayim celebration in honor of his son's wedding, mazel tov. A pleasant conversation ensued, during which R' Avrohom Yehuda showed the Rebbe shlit"a various antique seforim and manuscripts in his collection, among them the 'Ginzei Yehuda' project that he published in honor of the wedding. The Rebbe drank a lechayim and gave his holy blessing to the chosson, the mechutanim, and the whole family.

"I will thank You in the great congregation, among a mighty people I will praise You" – "Hashem's kindnesses, for we are not consumed, for His mercies have not ended":

As the heads of the people gathered together with the tribes of Yisroel, the 81st Yom HaHatzalah VehaShichrur of the holy Rebbe, the Divrei Yoel zy"a, was celebrated and marked at the central, glorious and exalted gathering, a Seudas Hodaah on the night of thanksgiving, Motzei Shabbos, 21 Kislev, in the presence of tens of thousands of Jews, at the head of dozens of rabbonim and dayanim shlit"a, led by the leader of the kehilla, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, in the gigantic, enormous building of over 80,000 square feet, the 'Binyan HaHodaah,' which was erected at Waterfront Square in Williamsburg, combined with the 'Gidlu V'Hitzlichu' dinner for the benefit of our holy mosdos in Williamsburg and their thousands of children, ke"h.

The enormous Binyan HaHodaah was masterfully set up to accommodate the thousands of chassidim from greater New York and beyond.

In honor of the exalted gathering, a very rich collection, 'Ohr Muflah,' was published, beautifully assembled with numerous essays and articles about the entire historic holy journey of the Rebbe shlit"a to Eretz Yisroel and the elevated Shabbos at the holy site of Meron, along with pictures and details of the expansion of holiness within our holy mosdos in Williamsburg.

Throughout the gathering, the wonderful singer Rabbi Yisroel Adler of Eretz Yisroel and R' Menachem Dovid Moskowitz entertained with songs and melodies, accompanied by the renowned Chevra Shira choir and led by the renowned conductor R' Yoel Fischer.

HaGaon Rabbi Shlomo Shabsai Kestenbaum shlit"a, one of the rabbonim of our Williamsburg kehilla, served as chairman of the gathering, and led the exalted gathering and presided in honor of the day with good taste and judgment.

At around 9:30, thousands of chassidim merited to greet the holy countenance of the Rebbe shlit"a. When the Rebbe entered, the thousands erupted in fiery dancing to "Chasdei Hashem," "for the miracles that You performed in those days and at this time." The Rebbe greeted the dozens of rabbonim and then danced with fiery holy dancing and great emotion for several minutes in honor of the day, "Hashem's kindnesses, in You they trusted."

Afterwards the Rebbe shlit"a washed for the holy table in honor of the day, and after the fish he wished lechayim and gave his blessing to the tens of thousands of Jews, and then set out in a joyous dance to melodies of thanksgiving.

HaGaon HaTzaddik Rabbi Mattisyahu Deutsch shlit"a, Av Beis Din of the Ramat Shlomo neighborhood in the holy city of Yerushalayim, served as the keynote speaker.

During the gathering, the mosdos administrator HaRav R' Mordechai Elazar Hirsch spoke, highlighting the full efforts of the generous donors and philanthropists of our holy kehilla, through whom alone the mosdos can continue to operate, and spoke about the expansion of holiness in our holy mosdos in Williamsburg. R' Mordechai Elazar also, out of respect for the government, welcomed the political officials who came to show their appreciation for our holy kehilla, among them New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, and also read a letter from the esteemed President Trump, may he live, which was sent in honor of the gathering.

Afterwards a presentation, 'Shalhevet Meron,' was given by HaRav R' Yisroel Adler, in which he sang special verses about the more than 50 hours at the holy site of Meron.

At around 11:00 the Rebbe shlit"a began the Divrei Kodesh and guidance for the year. The Rebbe began with words of aggadah on the topic of thanksgiving, and explained that when one praises Hashem together with a multitude, one can praise Him even if one is not worthy: "I will thank Hashem with all my heart in the council of the upright and the congregation." He spoke about the obligation of thanksgiving that rests on each person to Hashem for the rescue of the holy Rebbe zy"a, when one sees the Torah empire he established across the entire world. At the same time, there is a duty upon us to expand all these activities by establishing more batei medrash and more schools, increasing acts of kindness, walking in his ways in all matters, and supporting the holy institution Keren Hatzalah, which he established with his remaining strength. He praised and warmly thanked the esteemed philanthropists of our community who donated the enormous sum of a million dollars to Keren Hatzalah, which the Rebbe handed over to the members of the Beis Din during the trip to Eretz Yisroel.
Likewise, one must ensure to conduct oneself in matters of tznius in the strongest manner, and the Rebbe praised the new regulation at Beis Rochel in Williamsburg to institute the special tzniusdige clothing for all the students.
The Rebbe continued, speaking about the difficult situation of the expensive apartments in Williamsburg, where people pay enormous sums for a small apartment, and that is aside from the spiritual problems. The time has come to move away to other places! There is a duty upon the parents to encourage their children to move away from Williamsburg. He strongly reinforced the regulation on apartment prices in Kiryas Joel and strongly demanded that no one pay more than three hundred dollars per square foot in Kiryas Joel and two hundred fifty dollars in Kiryas Joel HaMeuchedes [expanded]. He said that when one moves to the expanded Kiryas Joel, one should take into account the expensive school fees along with the other fees that come with it, which the brokers do not tell.
The Rebbe also emphasized that the city of Kiryas Joel and likewise the expanded Kiryas Joel were established by the holy Rebbe, the Baal HaNes zy"a, so that there would be a separate place from other views in matters of hashkafa, and there is a duty upon us to guard this. It is very painful that there are people who take actions to bring in foreign communities that hold a different hashkafa from ours in matters of separation from the impurity of Zionism, and they should know that the holy Rebbe zy"a was very strict about this, "and be careful with their coals."

Afterwards the Rebbe spoke about the elevated holy journey to Eretz Yisroel, praising the travelers who went with elevation and seriousness. A large portion went only to Rebbi Shimon and home, and did not go to any other places. It is evident and recognizable that this is the fruit of the students of the holy Rebbe zy"a who conduct themselves by the holy approach of "Vayoel Moshe," and there was great honor for the holy Rebbe zy"a and for the holy approach. He continued about the importance of our kehilla and holy mosdos in Eretz Yisroel, "all beautiful and all pleasant," and about the decrees of the draft, noting that they personally witnessed the bitter situation. The only address to turn to is the Markaz Ezra V'Yeitzah, and he wished them great success in their beneficial activities. He strongly came out against those who work to make compromises: we are dealing with Jewish lives, "this one lives and this one dies," and there is a duty to cry out a great and bitter outcry. He expressed hope and prayer that they not, chas v'shalom, make any compromises, praying "Avinu Malkeinu, annul the counsel of our enemies."
The Rebbe also shared his personal testimony about the American bochurim studying in Eretz Yisroel, who roam the streets day and night. This is a result of sending bochurim at a young age to other yeshivos, which means that when they grow older they travel to learn in Eretz Yisroel, "and the wise man has his eyes in his head."
Afterwards the Rebbe spoke in praise of our holy mosdos in Williamsburg and of the mosdos administration who stand at the helm and raise the large sums. He mentioned with praise the esteemed Rispler family, who undertook to build the new Beis Rochel building, which is already the third building they have donated, and the Rebbe wished them abundant blessings. The Rebbe concluded with his holy blessing to the entire gathering.

Before bentching, joyous melodies were sung in honor of the Sheva Berachos at the Rebbe's home, the celebration of the wedding of the first grandchild.
Birkas Hamazon was led by HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din of the Ramat Shlomo neighborhood shlit"a, and the Sheva Berachos were recited by his brother-in-law, HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din of Borough Park shlit"a.

It concluded at around 11:50, and the Rebbe traveled home to his holy residence in Kiryas Joel.

Thursday, Parshas Vayeira - 21 Kislev 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, a bris took place for the newborn son of R' Simcha Bunim Eisenbach, at which the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe davened Shacharis in the Beis Medrash HaGadol. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Yoel Meirmelstein, son of R' (Rabbi) Meir.
During the leining, the Rebbe received the third aliyah, and after davening a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochur in the Rebbe's private room.

During the morning hours, the Rebbe made his weekly visit to the mehudar slaughterhouse.

At around 4:00 the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home on Zanz Street, Kiryas Joel.

After Mincha, the Rebbe went to the halls of Ginas Klein, where the seudah in honor of 21 Kislev was held by the more than 1,500 talmidim of the Mesivta, together with the Sheva Brachos celebration for the marriage of the eldest fourth-generation granddaughter of the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a. The kallah is the daughter of his grandson HaGaon Rabbi Yoel Glantz shlit"a, son-in-law of the Gaon Av Beis Din of Womsib"g shlit"a, and the chosson is the choshuv bochur Rabbi Alter Yitzchak shlit"a, one of the distinguished talmidim of our holy yeshiva in Kiryas Yoel.
Upon entering, the Rebbe danced in the middle of the floor for several minutes and then washed for the seudah. During the seudah, they sang lengthy melodies of praise and thanksgiving in honor of the day, and R' Moshe Yosef Ashkenazi shlit"a, a rebbi in the yeshiva, spoke, expressing the bond between the Rebbe shlit"a and the talmidim of the yeshiva. He also presented the Rebbe shlit"a with a "bikkurim offering," a record of the consecutive hours the bochurim learned during the two weeks of the holy trip to Eretz Yisroel, as the Rebbe shlit"a had requested at the send-off before their departure for Eretz Yisroel. Afterwards, the Rebbe distributed to the traveling bochurim a small bottle of oil from the oil from which the Rebbe had separated terumos and maasros in Eretz Yisroel.
R' Hershel Friedman, who had served as chairman with his Lashon Limudim and had previously given the bochurim a lengthy chapter of history regarding the Rebbe's rescue, spoke again with words of humor in honor of the simcha.
Before the time, bentching was held.
- During bentching, the Rebbe honored the chosson's grandson shlit"a.
- Birchos Rishonos: the Gaon Av Beis Din of Womsib"g shlit"a.
- Birkas Acharisa: the Gaon Av Beis Din of Bardiov shlit"a.

Afterwards, the Rebbe delivered words of Torah on the topic of thanksgiving, bringing out that true thanksgiving exists only when there is also a good resolution for the future. Every bochur needs to know this: on 21 Kislev, when we offer praise and thanks to Hashem for the past, we must make good resolutions for the future, with more learning of Torah and more toil in Torah. The Rebbe also praised the talmidim of the yeshiva who, during the trip to Eretz Yisroel, continued with the yeshiva's learning seder as usual. He said that the trip's success beyond all expectations was in the merit of the bochurim sitting and engaging in Torah with diligence and adding consecutive hours of learning.
The Rebbe then continued and related several stories about the Divrei Yoel zt"l's connection with the bochurim.
The Rebbe continued, saying that this week at a sheva brachos with the younger bochurim, a question was raised as to whether bochurim should learn Likutei Moharan. The Rebbe entered into a lengthy discussion on the topic of Breslov, particularly regarding learning Likutei Moharan and traveling to Uman for Rosh Hashana.
The Rebbe related several stories of the Divrei Yoel zt"l on this topic and his holy opinion: "The holy Rabbi Nachman of Breslov zy"a was an exalted holy man and his sefer is also holy, but it is not made for us bochurim, to the point that it can lead a bochur away from the correct outlook"... end of the words of the Divrei Yoel zy"a. The same applies to traveling to Uman for Rosh Hashana: although there are also Breslover chassidim and men of deeds who travel, nevertheless there is a large segment who travel with the notion that one can do whatever one wants all year, and then travel to Uman for Rosh Hashana, say the Tikkun HaKlali, and be absolved of everything. This is a great danger and not made for simple people, especially since many travel there to cast off the yoke and seriousness of Rosh Hashana.

In this connection, the Rebbe honored HaGaon Rabbi Dovid Shlomo Eckstein shlit"a to relate a firsthand account of what the Divrei Yoel zy"a told him on this topic. The Rebbe then continued and urged the bochurim not to get involved in these matters, and then honored HaGaon Rabbi Dovid Glick shlit"a to relate what he remembers the Rebbe z"l said on this topic.
It ended at around 6:00.

In the evening, the Rebbe officiated at kiddushin at the chuppah of the mechutanim.
- R' Yoel Feierstein, son of R' (Rabbi) Yoel, and R' Gedalia Apfel, in the halls of Kinor Dovid.
- R' Avrohom Yehoshua Gross and R' Yoel Weiss, son of R' Moshe, in the halls of Beis Rachel Paradise.

The hours for receiving the public in the Rebbe's holy home on Uhel Street, Kiryas Joel, were from 8:15 until 11:30 at night.

During the reception hours, the tenaim reading of the mechutanim took place in the inner sanctum: R' Yisroel Shalom Ungar and R' Shlomo Hersh Eckstein, son of R' Dovid.

At around 9:45 the Rebbe went down to the hall, where the Rebbe read the tenaim of the mechutanim:
- Rabbi Baruch Schwartz shlit"a and Rabbi Dovid Leib Kraus shlit"a.
- R' Avrohom Shmuel Schwartz and R' Yoel Farkash, son of R' Zev.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 10:30 and then continued receiving the public.

After the reception hours, the Rebbe went to the sheva brachos celebration in the Ziditshov beis medrash in honor of the beis medrash's rav, HaGaon Rabbi Shlomo Rubin shlit"a, on the occasion of his son's marriage, mazel tov. A lovely conversation ensued with the grandfathers, the Gaon Av Beis Din of Montreal shlit"a and the Gaon Av Beis Din of Ziditshov shlit"a.
The Rebbe drank lechayim and offered good wishes to the chosson, the mechutanim, and the grandfathers shlit"a, and joined in a dance with the entire mizrach and especially with the chosson.
Afterwards, bentching was held and the Rebbe recited the sheva brachos. It ended at around 12:00.

Report
The Holy Journey of the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a to Eretz Yisroel - Shabbos Kodesh at the holy resting place in Meron

Wednesday, Thursday, Parshas Vayeira - Bnei Brak - Emotional Farewell Gathering for the Rebbe shlit"a, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis together with the talmidim of our holy yeshivos, the Yeshiva Ketana and the Yeshiva Gedola Maharit, in our Beis Medrash HaGadol.
Upon arriving in the beis medrash at around 9:30, the Rebbe looked in on the learning and walked among the tables, farhering the bochurim with great nachas for a lengthy time.

Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim:
- The bochur Yitzchak Yuda Schischa (Beit Shemesh).
- The bochur Moshe Dovid Teller (Bnei Brak)
Baal tefillah: the bochur Lipa son of R' Yosef Heilbrunn.

After davening, a lechayim was held in the hall of the beis medrash. HaGaon HaGadol R' Avrohom Yaakov Itzkowitz shlit"a, Av Beis Din of Shevet HaLevi in Brachfeld, participated in the lechayim.
Several Torah niggunim were sung, and HaRav HaGaon R' Avrohom Shlomo Katz shlit"a, Av Beis Din of Riskeve and one of the rabbonim of our holy kehilla, spoke.
The Rebbe drank lechayim and delivered holy words. First he left the bochurim with a question in Maseches Bava Kamma and asked the bochurim to engage in finding answers. He then continued with words of chizuk in learning Torah, davening, good middos, and the middah of truth, and spoke about the decrees of the draft. The Rebbe said that with this decree, one now understands the double wording that we say on Mondays and Thursdays after the Torah reading, "Our brethren, the entire House of Israel, who are given over to distress and captivity." "Distress" refers to the decrees of the draft, and "captivity" refers to the fact that the state does not allow the bochurim to leave the country; until now one was able to leave, but today they do not allow it. He concluded with abundant blessings.
The Rebbe then distributed coins to the talmidim of the yeshiva. Afterwards the Rebbe drove back by car around the entire shikun, where hundreds of girls from our holy mosdos, Bnos Eretz Yisroel Beis Faiga, had lined up to see the holy countenance.

At the guest residence, a lechayim gathering was held with members of our kehilla, residents of Bnei Brak, the benefactors and patrons of the mosdos who contributed larger sums for the benefit of our holy mosdos in Bnei Brak. HaRav HaChasid R' Yoel Moshe Glick and HaRav R' Naftali Tzvi Brody shlit"a spoke.
The Rebbe drank lechayim and wished the entire gathering well. He delivered holy words about the importance of the Jews of Bnei Brak, who exert themselves beyond their ability for the benefit of the mosdos, which is a strong chizuk for the supporters of the mosdos from outside Eretz Yisroel, and concluded with his holy blessing.
Afterwards the supporters went over to receive the holy blessing.

Then a group of bochurim from the Yeshiva Gedola entered privately, who had distinguished themselves in the Ashmoras HaBoker seder. The Rebbe distributed his holy sefer Lev Aharon, Sugyos HaShas on Maseches Rosh Hashana - Sukkah, and wished them his holy blessings.

Likewise, a group of young men from the Gur kehilla entered privately, who presented themselves for a farher on three sedarim in Shas. The Rebbe farhered them sharply for a lengthy time and bestowed some of his holy blessings.

At around 3:45 the Rebbe davened Mincha at the guest residence.
Baal tefillah: HaRav HaChasid R' Yoel Landau (Williamsburg).

At around 4:30 the Rebbe went over to Kollel Chelkas Yaakov - Breish, where the Rebbe delivered a lengthy, profound shiur on the sugya of mitzvah haba'a b'aveirah for the rabbonim and learners of the kollel.
The Rebbe began with a tribute to the host, HaRav HaGaon R' Meir Lurie shlit"a, together with HaRav HaGaon R' Moshe Breish shlit"a, a son of the Chelkas Yaakov, and spoke in praise of the kollel, which is renowned and known to the public as a distinguished makom Torah, where distinguished talmidei chachomim, great in Torah, shlit"a, sit. The Rebbe continued with the words of the Midrash, "There is no honor but Torah," that to honor means with words of Torah, and one asks the Creator, "May the words of my mouth be acceptable." The Rebbe then began a lengthy shiur on the Mishnah in Maseches Sukkah 29b, "A stolen or dried lulav is invalid," in the sugya of mitzvah haba'a b'aveirah, delving into its length and breadth and weighing all the opinions of the Rishonim, which swept all the learners along in a fire of Simchas Torah. He then continued in the manner of aggadah for a lengthy time, and concluded with words of blessing for the Rosh HaKollel and all the rabbonim and learners of the kollel, and wished that they be able to learn in perfect health, to learn and to teach, to observe and to do, with a broadened mind until old age, and that the wicked not be able to disturb Jewish children who learn Torah and observe the mitzvos of Hashem.

The Rebbe then raised the difficult decree hanging over Jewish children in Eretz Yisroel and said that in chutz la'aretz it was known that there is a severe decree, but here he had heard people recount the anguish of the bochurim and parents, who live in constant fear, not knowing what the day will bring. He concluded with abundant blessings that Hashem should foil the counsel of the wicked, that we be able to learn with a broadened mind, and that in the merit of Torah learning we will merit the coming of Moshiach Tzidkeinu, speedily in our days, Amen.
At the end, the Rebbe engaged in give-and-take on the sugya with the roshei and learners of the kollel, in the fervor of Torah, for a lengthy time. The Rebbe left the kollel at around 5:45.

From there the Rebbe went to visit the Buhusi Rebbe shlit"a. A pleasant conversation ensued; he honored the Rebbe shlit"a with a lechayim, and the Rebbe bestowed upon him from his holy blessing, and he escorted the Rebbe shlit"a out.

From there the Rebbe went to visit the Sadigura Rebbe shlit"a. A pleasant conversation ensued; he honored the Rebbe shlit"a with a lechayim, and the Rebbe bestowed upon him from his holy blessing, and he escorted the Rebbe shlit"a out.

From there the Rebbe went to visit the Deesh Rebbe shlit"a in the hall of his beis medrash. A pleasant conversation ensued; he honored the Rebbe shlit"a with a lechayim, and the Rebbe bestowed upon him from his holy blessing, and he escorted the Rebbe shlit"a out.

Then at around 7:00 the Rebbe went to a lechayim gathering at the new location of 'Ilowitz Streimlach,' owned by HaRav HaChasid R' Shmuel Meir Ilowitz, one of the great supporters of the mosdos, who on this occasion pledged an enormous sum for the benefit of our Beis Medrash HaGadol in Bnei Brak. A pleasant conversation took place about the history of streimlach. The Rebbe drank lechayim and bestowed from his holy blessing.
The Rebbe then returned to the guest residence.

At around 8:00 the further private entry times began for members of our kehilla, residents of Bnei Brak.

After the entry times, a modest lechayim gathering was held in honor of the simcha in the home of HaRav HaChasid R' Shimon Schischa shlit"a, head of the rescuers at Merkaz Ezra V'Yeutz, at the guest residence. At the lechayim the Rebbe spoke of the difficulty of the situation, how bochurim and parents are lost, and spoke about the need to expand the offices and add workers to be able to meet the great demand and help everyone who wants to save himself, especially in Bnei Brak, where there are almost no askanim. The Rebbe also expressed his amazement at those who, unfortunately, want to agree to a compromise, saying, "I cannot understand them!" The Rebbe mentioned that people had already come to explain to him that it is not dangerous, that it will drag on for time, but the Rebbe answered that this approach will not work well and will only make things worse, especially by causing troubles for individuals, and who can abandon so many Jewish souls?
The Rebbe drank lechayim and wished the chosson well, and especially the mechutan, R' Shimon shlit"a, that the great undertakings should succeed and that the funding should come easily, with the help of members of our kehilla from all over the world who help cover the expenses of thousands. The Rebbe bestowed holy blessings upon all the askanim of the Merkaz, and several niggunim were sung in honor of the occasion.

Thursday, Parshas Vayeira 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At around 7:45 the Rebbe entered for Shacharis in our great beis medrash in the Shikun Kiryas Yoel neighborhood in Bnei Brak.

- Levi: HaGaon Rabbi Yehoshua Hersh Yozsef shlit"a, moreh tzedek.
- Shlishi: the Rebbe shlit"a.
- Hagbah: R' Eliezer Palatschek.
- Gelilah: R' Shalom Eliezer Fuchs.

After Shacharis, a group of the learners of our Kollel, Kollel Eitz Chaim, who had completed Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah, entered the guest residence together with the Rebbe. The Rebbe bestowed a holy blessing upon the kollel members, and on that occasion appointed two new morei tzedek in our holy kehilla in Bnei Brak: HaGaon Rabbi Shimon Yoel Brach shlit"a and HaGaon Rabbi Dovid Cohen shlit"a. The Rebbe warmly wished them that no stumbling block should come from under their hands, and that they should rule the word of Hashem, this is the halacha, and he bestowed abundant blessings upon them.

Afterward, the Rebbe went to pay a shiva call at the home of the family of R' Binyamin Yakubovitch a"h, one of the founders of Shikun Kiryas Yoel and for many years the director of our holy mosdos, where the mourners were sitting together with their elderly mother a"h.

The Rebbe then set out on the short trip to the city of Lod, where the emotional farewell event for the Rebbe shlit"a was held in the halls of 'Shamayim Pesuchim', together with the siyum on half of Shas by the Yesodei HaTorah chaburos, before thousands of chassidim, residents of Eretz Yisroel.
Taking part in the event were the Ruzhin-Sadigura... [sic] the Rebbes of Rosslau and Temesvar shlit"a.

The Rebbe arrived at the event at around 10:45. Many nigunim were sung. Rabbi Moshe Menachem Herskowitz shlit"a of Yerushalayim served as chairman, and HaGaon Rabbi Mordechai Yozsef shlit"a, menahel ruchani of Yeshiva Gedolah Maharit in Bnei Brak, spoke with feelings of longing.
The Rebbe drank a lechayim, wished the entire gathering well, and delivered holy words of Torah in the form of drush and aggadah on the parsha of the week and on the teachings of the Tanna, the divine Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai. He then continued with lengthy guidance in all matters: to learn Torah with consistency; to conduct oneself as a chassidic Jew and go to the mikvah every day; to daven in our batei medrash in complete unity from beginning to end; to educate the children toward Torah, fear of Heaven and good character traits; to conduct the Shabbos seudah properly with zemiros and divrei Torah; to be careful with tznius in the home; and he strongly urged not to be dragged along after the neighbors, both in Yerushalayim and especially in Bnei Brak, regarding the matter of short hair as well as that all sheitels be worn only with modesty; to speak Yiddish; to be careful about unfit reading material, technology and all impure devices; and he spoke forcefully about the impurity of Zionism and all its followers and parties. He continued in praise of our holy kehilla and mosdos in Eretz Yisroel, in Yerushalayim, Bnei Brak and Beit Shemesh, and said that it was a spiritual pleasure to meet with G-d-fearing and complete chassidim, and that they are growing in quantity and quality in Torah, avodah and acts of kindness, and "parting from you is difficult for me."
The Rebbe spoke about the bitter situation of the decree of drafting yeshiva students. The problems and the pain of each and every one are seen, we weep along and feel along with everyone's pain. He mentioned the siyum on Maseches Kiddushin and half of Shas and urged everyone to strengthen themselves in Torah learning with mesirus nefesh, for only in this way will we overcome the wicked and the decree of drafting yeshiva students be nullified. G-d forbid to make compromises or negotiate on this matter; we must stand strong. He concluded with abundant blessings for the entire gathering.

Afterward, Rabbi Dovid Weisshaus shlit"a of Beit Shemesh made the siyum on Maseches Kiddushin and half of Shas, and R' Mendel Kaufman of Williamsburg, one of the leading askanim and a member of the chaburah's board, recited Kaddish.
Then everyone broke out in joyous dancing for an extended time.
The Rebbe left the event at around 12:30 on the way to the airport, where chassidim accompanied the Rebbe shlit"a with song and music, unable to part from these elevated days.
At the airport, the heads of our holy kehilla and mosdos in Eretz Yisroel bid farewell to the Rebbe shlit"a. They thanked him from the depths of their hearts on behalf of the entire holy kehilla for the elevated days the Rebbe spent among our holy kehillos in Eretz Yisroel, and especially for the wonderful support the Rebbe brought from America, which was distributed to the poor of Eretz Yisroel, including all the klei kodesh, teachers, kollel members and others. The Rebbe warmly wished them well and left his holy blessing.

At around 2:00 the plane took off on the way to Athens, Greece, a flight of about an hour and a half, and at around 5:30 the Rebbe's plane took off from Athens, Greece, on the way home to New York.
Shortly after takeoff, the Rebbe davened Mincha on the plane. Baal tefillah: R' Mendel Kaufman.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at the airport. Baal tefillah: R' Mendel Kaufman. After Maariv, the Rebbe recited Kiddush Levana outside.

The Rebbe arrived at his holy residence in Kiryas Yoel at around 11:00 and was awaited by hundreds of chassidim with song and music, and the entire community came to greet the Rebbe shlit"a.

He spoke with emotion and longing, in a weeping voice, that one travels to Eretz Yisroel and sees with his own eyes "foxes walking upon it"; woe to the eyes that see this on the Temple Mount, from where fear goes out to the world. There was the Akeidas Yitzchak, there Yitzchak and Yaakov davened, there the Shechinah rested when the Beis HaMikdash stood, and unfortunately one sees such a place of impurity on that spot. We hope and pray that it should soon be rebuilt, "and may You rebuild it speedily and magnify its honor," with the coming of the true Redeemer, speedily in our days, amen.

Upon arriving in Boro Park, the Rebbe first paid a shiva call to the family of R' Anshil son of Yitzchak Goldberger a"h.

The Rebbe arrived at the dinner at about 11:00 and greeted the rabbonim on the dais. The Av Beis Din of Boro Park shlit"a continued with his address, after which the chairman, R' Meir Perl, called upon the director of the mosdos, R' Aharon Welz, to deliver the report of the mosdos.
The Rebbe shlit"a delivered a holy address on the verse 'V'hinei malachei Elokim olim v'yordim bo' and spoke about the trip to Eretz Yisroel, from which he had only just returned. He expressed the great nachas of meeting distinguished people of stature and renowned talmidei chachamim who are in the category of 'olim' (those ascending), but one also saw the 'yordim' (those descending): the bochurim from outside Eretz Yisroel who learn in Eretz Yisroel and wander about in the local streets day and night. They wander about unrestrained everywhere and on all the narrow streets, men, women and children, and every Jew who sends his bochurim to learn in Eretz Yisroel must know the danger this poses, both physically and spiritually.
The Rebbe then spoke about the bitter decree of drafting yeshiva students in Eretz Yisroel and said that hearing is not the same as seeing: until now people had heard of the decree, and now they saw the fear in which every bochur and young man lives there, as well as the parents for their children, lest they, Heaven forbid, be arrested.
The Rebbe continued in praise of our holy mosdos in Boro Park, the Talmud Torah, the Beis Rochel, the yeshivos ketanos in the city and out of town, and the yeshiva gedolah, and urged the members of the community to support the mosdos with a generous spirit. He concluded with abundant blessings for the administration of the mosdos and for the entire assembly.
Afterwards the Rebbe drank a lechayim and gave his holy blessing to the entire assembly. They finished at about 11:50.

After the dinner the Rebbe went to a mezuzah affixing and lechayim celebration in the new magnificent premises of the beis medrash Berach Moshe of our holy kehilla, headed by HaGaon R' Moshe Dovid Horowitz shlit"a. The Rebbe affixed a mezuzah and looked around the beis medrash.

Afterwards a lechayim celebration took place in the beis medrash hall. A pleasant conversation ensued with the Av Beis Din of Manchester shlit"a and his son, the Rav of the beis medrash shlit"a. The Rebbe drank a lechayim and extended his holy blessing to the Rav shlit"a and to the daveners and supporters of the beis medrash. They finished at about 12:10 and the Rebbe traveled home to his holy residence in Kiryas Joel.

The Holy Journey of the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a to Eretz Yisroel - Shabbos Kodesh at the Holy Resting Place in Meron

Wednesday, Parshas Toldos - Har HaTzofim, Beit Shemesh, Yerushalayim

In the morning, after the mikvah at 8:50, the Rebbe shlit"a left the guesthouse on the way to Har HaTzofim, opposite the site of the Beis HaMikdash, where the Rebbe arrived at 9:05.
The Rebbe shlit"a ascended a special platform, around which stood many hundreds of our chassidim from across Eretz Yisroel, and fresh guests from abroad could also be seen. Several melodies of exile and redemption and faith in the coming of Moshiach were sung, as the Rebbe lingered in tears, longing for the redemption.
Afterwards, chapters of Tehillim were recited, and the Rebbe tore kriah and recited the blessing of Dayan HaEmes, and broke out in stormy weeping, in crying and lamentation, which shook the hundreds of participants.
After several long minutes, as the recitation was concluding, the Rebbe repeated the verse, "Rejoice with her in joy, all you who mourn over her," saying that if we already rejoice now over the future redemption, we will merit to rejoice at the complete redemption. The Rebbe began to sing the melody "Yibaneh HaMikdash," and with great joy broke into a fiery dance on the spot, with emotions of longing.

After the gathering, at around 9:45, the Rebbe shlit"a left Har HaTzofim for Beit Shemesh, where the Rebbe arrived at 10:25.

The Rebbe shlit"a entered our beis medrash in the Ramat Avraham neighborhood of Beit Shemesh for Shacharis together with the students of our mosdos, and first looked in on the children's studies with great nachas, going around among the tables and testing the children.

The baal tefillah was R' Shimon Yazhef (Beit Shemesh).

After davening, a lechayim gathering took place together with the talmud torah students. The children sang several melodies and rhymes in honor of the occasion, and presented the history of the mosdos, which were established by the Rebbe shlit"a. The menahel, HaRav R' Avrohom Meir Dirnfeld shlit"a, spoke, welcoming the Rebbe shlit"a on behalf of the students of the mosdos, and then presented the Rebbe with a kvitel summarizing the consecutive hours with which the children had prepared for the exalted visit.
The Rebbe drank a lechayim and warmly wished the menahalim and melamdim, and the administration of the talmud torah in Beit Shemesh and abroad, well. He delivered words of holy guidance to the children, and strengthened the administration of the mosdos from Beit Shemesh and abroad who were present in the beis medrash. He blessed the mosdos with "this small one shall be great," and concluded with his holy blessing to the melamdim and children.
Afterwards the Rebbe distributed blessed coins to all the children. It ended at around 12:45.

From there the Rebbe went to the beautiful beis medrash of Kehal Chassidim in the Ramat Avraham neighborhood, headed by HaGaon R' Asher Ullman shlit"a, where a pouring of the foundation pits for the new mikvah being built next to the beis medrash took place. The Rebbe poured into the pits and honored the rav of the beis medrash to pour as well. Then he entered the beis medrash hall, where a lechayim and welcome gathering took place.
